There are many agents that can help you with your housing search in D.C., but I honestly could not imagine a more helpful, responsive, or knowledgeable agent than Gigi. Her help in our house hunt was invaluable, and if you are thinking about looking for a home in D.C., you should jump at the chance to work with Gigi!
We first met Gigi at an open house. She was friendly, fun, warm, and legitimately interested in our housing search. Despite the fact that we were just perusing open houses and not actively searching, Gigi took the time to help educate us on the DC market, neighborhoods, etc. When it finally came time for us to step up our search, her help was invaluable. At every stage she went well beyond the call of duty: she helped us identify properties quickly, zero in on the pros and cons of each house in which we were interested, objectively evaluate the quality of «flips» and recent finishes, and even arranged a consultation for us with an architect about a potential «project» house. Eventually she guided us through the offer process in the competitive DC market, and was a strong and savvy advocate for us during a back-​and-​forth negotiation. She really felt like an invested partner during this whole process, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Although we met Gigi at an open house and clicked with her right away, we were already working with another agent so we didn’t work with her at first. After we lost out on a few properties because of our other agent’s lack of responsiveness, we thought we’d give Gigi a try.
Switching to Gigi is one of the best decisions we could have made. She’s extremely responsive and knows exactly what it takes for buyers to be competitive in a seller’s market. From the initial search to closing, Gigi went out of the way to help us through the stressful periods and to help us find the right home at the right price. In fact, she was often the one reminding us to hold our ground with respect to our price range when we became frustrated at how tight the market was. I couldn’t recommend Gigi enough to help you find the perfect place in DC. We will definitely come back to her next time we are in the housing market!

Gigi was incredibly helpful and persistent with owners to get me a great apartment. I called her on a Friday night and she immediately showed me places on Sunday, giving me great choices. Very friendly and easy to work with. Without her efforts I would have ended up in a terrible place or would still be looking!
