I’ve gone to this GNC location several times and I just cannot like it, after the last visit I am boycutting GNC altogether. First, the customer service is sometimes weird, as in following me around the store while I peruse. I can understand the initial greeting, but after that I prefer some space and will get your attention if any questions. This is not all of the service workers, just some. The MAIN reason it gets 2 stars is due to the prices. I grabbed the Garden of Greens Lychee Mango fruit chews and Probiotic Greek Yogurt bites that were in a bin by the checkout, there wasn’t a price tag. They rang up at $ 29.99 each! Holy cow, I seriously thought they were maybe a few bucks. I decided to give it a try and hope that it was worth the price tag. Well, apparently Wahlgreens sells the same exact fruit chew(brand/quantity/flavor) for $ 7.99. Ugh! I hate feeling ripped off. Never again GNC, never again.

I visited this location once before, but did not need staff help and my experience was pretty standard. On my most recent visit I was greeted immediately upon entry and each member of GNC’s staff was happy to help. m I was in search of a specific protein powder that they did not carry. One staff member, whom I believe was the manager, suggested an alternative protein and I was SO pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste I HAD to review this location. Go in, ask for help, and they will 100% do their best to satisfy all of your needs. Better yet, I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

True story: I walked through the sweltering heat on a Saturday afternoon and arrived a little after 2pm to this location and the store was CLOSED. Yes… closed. Really. For such a bustling location filled with runners and fit military and government personnel, this store should have been open. That’s all I have to say about that.
