History
Established in 2007.
Impact Construction was founded by owner Justin Sullivan, with a vision to plan, renovate, and construct high performance buildings and homes that are durable, healthy, and constructed with awareness of their environmental impact.
Meet the Business Owner
Justin S.
Business Owner
Justin has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry as a tradesman, cost estimator, consultant, and business owner. This ground-up experience has enabled him to successfully execute projects of diverse sizes and backgrounds — from small residential renovations to large-scale government facility endeavors.
He has worked with clients including the US National Park Service
and the Department of Homeland Security, where he played a critical
role in establishing new strategies to improve and manage the
environmental and economic performance of their facilities and buildings.
Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the US Green Building Council’s National Capital Region Chapter. He also holds a Masters degree in Environmental Policy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Published work includes ‘Developing a Global Emissions Trading Scheme.’
