Please avoid this person he is now currently in Philadelphia taking customers money. He now goes by the name of Rodgers contracting services llc 3720 spruce st suite #439 Philadelphia pa 19 104. His name is Colonel Todd Rodgers. That address is not a real company it is actually a UPS mailbox this guy will take your money and not complete the job for which he was paid in full he will give every reason why he can’t complete work. So do your homework on Colonel todd rodgers before you sign and give him your money he is not to be trusted at all

I employed JCR through Mr. Rodgers beginning in May of 2011, when he provided multiple estimates to put bars on our windows. We signed a contract and I paid him over $ 700 for one window on August 11^th, 2011 after signing a contract outlining the services. He subsequently disappeared and stopped returning phone calls and emails. I later learned that he is not properly incorporated in the District of Columbia. He has never performed the service for which he took my money and refuses to speak to me. He deposited the check on August 12^th, 2011. DO NOT use Mr. Rodgers or JCR Contracting if you are at all concerned about having money taken from you. I have not heard from Mr. Rodgers since September 2011 regarding my money or the service.
