After three long months of working with the seller from hell (and the seller’s listing agent also from hell), Josh helped us purchase our dream home in Washington, DC! Josh is ultra responsive, extremely knowledgeable and personable, trustworthy, professional and doesn’t care about anything except for his clients. He maintains transparency in whatever he does and truly had our interests at hand. He definitely made the home buying process easy to understand and guided us through the process. Detail orientated Josh also provided useful suggestions on when to take over utilities, recommending excellent contractors, appraisal companies as well as vouching for our interests at every step. I have worked with Josh and he is always on top of things. If I send an email to him requesting something or need clarification from him, I receive a response right away addressing my issue. I fell head over heel in love with a property and It was practically impossible to place a bid on any unit in that building without getting outbid by ‘all cash’ investors. So Josh wrote personal letters to each owner in the building asking if anyone would be interested in selling.
Once I had purchased my unit, I ran into some very minor issues and figured why not ask his advice. I can’t believe that he was still as helpful and committed as he was on day one, so I asked asked him jokingly, «when exactly does your commitment towards a buyer come to an end?», he answered «never, my friend, never!», except for he was not joking.

Working with Josh was hands down the best part of purchasing our new home. Not only was he honest and completely trustworthy, he took a lot of the guesswork out of the process for us. He made us feel completely at ease with the process and was incredibly patient with all of the questions we had for him.
