Cody & management team are great. Incredibly responsive and always jumped on an opportunity to make our time living at the Asher better. Beautiful apartments w/new appliances in a great location(they have many different apartments around the DC area as well)

The Park Crest is a great place to live. Cody and Mark run a very tight ship.

The Hamilton House is just a robbery: Stay away! If you are an honest and decent person, this place is not for you. Want to know why? 1– During application, they are the ONLY place in DC that asked me to also issue a separate check for $ 350 «amenities fees», meaning to use the pool and fitness center during your stay and as it sounds too fishy since all places request this after lease signing, I willingly issued the check since I believe I will pay it sooner or later. The lease man asked me to write it «administrative fees» instead of amenities and I didn’t care for the different terms. On the lease agreement we disagreed on some articles so I decided to not sign lease. Guess what! They told me the $ 350 + the application $ 50 fees are nonrefundable. While I agree on the later but the former I didn’t even live there or use their amenities! The man coldly said sorry it is admin fees and nonrefundable and guess what! They include this sentence in the application, hidden among the paragraphs so that they steal you legally. I have experience with no less than 30 properties management in DC and this is the only place that does that. Stay away, they only care about ripping you off your money even if you don’t live there. If this is their beginning, you may guess how relieved I’m not living there and having to deal with such thieves daily. Stay away, this was just the start.
