Nigel M. Atwell is a seasoned commercial lawyer with 17 years experience working for major telecommunications companies, an electric utility, and a tech start-​up negotiating complex, multimillion dollar commercial agreements for telecommunications and power plant technologies and services, and a variety of other corporate operations goods and services.

Mr. Atwell is experienced working in fast paced, highly regulated and unregulated environments, collaborating with finance, business development and government affairs executives and with legal and other support groups to understand products and develop sales, marketing, negotiation and litigation strategies.
