Do not enroll your child to this school. They will say they will collect six payments the first 2 months up front but you will get only 5 months worth and will not make up any classes if the school is closed and there close to 6 months of public school. I assume their renting the space. They claim that time was allotted and are not responsible for make ups due to school closure. They are a ripoff and you will never see if the 1 hour class/week was worth it. How hard is it to organize 6 students to perform at the end of the schooling. Paying $ 85×6 payments = $ 510 dollars could have been spent else where to enlighten your child to music or something else.

My daughter signed up for group piano lessons offered through our school. The lessons were advertised as $ 85 per month(with an asterisk based on 10 monthly payments). After three months it became clear that the classes were not going too well for her. She loves her regular school music classes at school and is in the second year of ballet school, but the classes at Learn Music Now were not at all engaging. So we took her out. Now I’m looking at the credit card bills for the past three months $ 185 — initial payment which includes second month payment $ 85 — monthly payment $ 85 — monthly payment $ 58.24 — drop out fee Total of $ 413.24 three months of weekly 45min group classes which were not that great, to say the least. When I called the billing department, I was explained that that’s how the program is «designed» to work. The website says«- „Finally a children’s service with NO annual contract, NO registration fees, NO nickel and diming. They really get it!“ LNM Parent» Good for them.

Hi I only put in one star because I was forced to put in a star. They charged me for lessons in the summer that she was never able to attend because the after school counselors at her school couldn’t find the class. After e-mailing them 20 times they said they would give me a credit for the 8 classes she missed. Instead they took my credit card number and charged me an additional $ 100 dollars, so I ended up paying $ 250 for 8 pop choir lessons.

I am updating my rating from last year because the company gave me a full refund and were genuinely apologetic for my experience. It still does not change the experience I had at the time, but some businesses would not have bothered with a refund at all. I think this was an isolated incident, probably made worse by email communication versus talking in person.

They asked me to fill out a profile when I first signed up. I took a lot of time to do this — stating very specific goals for what I wanted to accomplish. We also talked about my goals. I’m an experienced player and was looking to sharpen some lead playing skills. I was expecting them to send a lead guitarist to my house. Instead, they sent an instructor that was expecting to teach a beginner. It was clear to both of us that this was not a good match. It was as if all the talking we did, and all I wrote in my profile made no difference. They made no attempt to match me up with the right instructor. On top of that, they sent and billed me for a beginners music book that I didn’t even ask for. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I wouldn’t want them to be teaching music to my children. The contact I have had with them was disrepectful of me and my children(4 year old). My advice is: «take your business elsewhere».
