Logan Circle Carpet Cleaning

I moved to a new home in last week. Home was nice. But only one problem we faces was terrible carpets. I couldn’t afford to buy a new one. SO I decided to call Logan circle Carpet cleaning. Their cleaning staff came next day morning. They were respectful and helpful from start. After their cleaning, I felt I had new carpet. NO bad smell and stains. They arranged all carpets throughout the house with me. Service fee was reasonable. Love to use their service in future needs.

What a fantastic company! The cleanings that they offer are top notch and you will NOT find anything better, anywhere! I have 3 kids and they are NOT good on our carpets. they have caused TONS of spills and stains but after Logans came in, those stains are no more. My pets are always dragging in mud and mud on white carpets is quite possibly the hardest stain to remove but again, Logans came through and REALLY made our carpets shine as if they were brand new again. I will continue to use this service anytime my carpets need a good deep cleaning. also, their rates are fantastic and very affordable and fir. I will ALWAYS recommend family members and friends to Logans if they ever need carpet cleaning. Thanks Logans!

I used Logan Circle Carpet Cleaning and they were great! Had enough of the state of the carpets in my apartment, so called them and was able to make an appointment for the next day. A guy named Eric came by who was awesome. He was really friendly, explained what needed to be done and did a great job on the carpets. Was a great easy experience. As soon as I need the carpets done again or maintained I will definitely use Logan Circle Carpet Cleaning again!

Had some pet and general wear stains on a light colored carpet that I needed to get out before moving. I was skeptical (and starting to get a little desperate) because I’d tried to get the stains out myself with no luck — turns out I just needed professionals! These guys did an awesome job making it look super fresh and better than I could have imagined. Really pleased.

I recently had to travel to DC for work and I never go anywhere without my Boston Terrier in tow. I was staying at an Air BnB and didn’t realize until after I got there that I wasn’t supposed to have her in the house, without shot records I couldn’t get her into any kennel in the whole dang city. I decided to keep her at the house in secret and hope for the best… and of course what happens? Whether it was the stress of travel or change of food that got to her, let’s just say her stomach was not agreeing with DC.
I was absolutely panicked about the fees and bad reviews I’d get on Air BnB, a service I depend on HEAVILY for work. I had less than 24 hours to get the carpet spotless and I still had work events to attend. Through Unilocal I was able to find these guys and they completely saved my life. My call was returned almost immediately and their customer service rep was very sympathetic to my needs and the urgency of the situation, I was quoted and booked in under an hour and it was taken care of same day. They did a phenomenal job and the homeowner was none the wiser of the mess (to put it lightly) that had been there only the day before. I cannot recommend them any higher for their service and proficiency.

Called twice to make sure our appointment was set, seemed like they would be helpful. They never showed up to clean the carpets. Bad service, unprofessional. A call would have been nice…

At first I was hesitant about this company, but after reading all the good reviews on Unilocal about Logan’s OMG, thanks God I found them. We called them and even though they were booked for the whole month, they were able to schedule a cleaning according to our needs and budget.

The nice people are the best carpet cleaners around. The showed up on schedule and were very professional. The put in the time on the phone reviewing all the different options for my carpet mess, what was going to happen, how long it was going to take and what days were available. They were able to to me quick as I could deal with the carpet in that condition.
As some who has 2 cats and 2 dogs and carpet gets dirty and smelly really fast regular cleaning just doesn’t cut it. Logan Circle came in a basically made the carpet look and smell like new again. Absolutely incredible job. I was super impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone in the DC area.

I wish I had better things to say but these people don’t answer the phone and don’t return phone calls. I have waited over 9 hours for a return phone call on a regular business day. Instead of ringing, you get lots of music and then finally a voice mail for DC Carpet Cleaning. They don’t have good reviews I really needed help and there seem to be so many great reviews. too bad I couldn’t be one of them.
UPDATE:
12 hours after I made my initial call, the owner calls me and asks me to change my review. I refused. Now, thirty minutes later I am getting calls from all over the country for a free Samsung tv posted on craigslist. I didn’t post. Not quite sure how this happened but it is quite suspicious

Not only is Logan Circle Carpet Cleaning a beyond exceptional company but also a really honest and professional team of people that I respect. Their customer service is not only friendly but helpful and informative. They arrived early and stayed afterwards to answer any questions I had.
