I used this company for a local move, furniture only. The owner was responsive, quoted me a price estimate after I emailed him my list of items and did not waiver from it. The team showed up on time and took about 5 hours to move 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 basement worth of furniture including break down and reassembly. Unfortunately the re-​assembly of 1 of the beds was not complete and resulted in irreversible damage to the frame. When I contacted Mr. Mullens, he apologized, offered his assistance and sent a check refunding the full cost of the bed 2 days later. I greatly appreciated the professional way that the move was handled.

I’ve used Mullen’s on several occasions and have been very pleased. They’re very nice and do an excellent job of packing/​moving. Their team is seasoned and I have seen the same crew over the course of 5 years and 3 moves. They’re so good that this time, I just turned my dishes over to them. I’ve also used them on smaller intermittent jobs, such as moving individual items between properties.

Don’t use these guys. They backed into my alley and pulled down a cable wire from a neighbor’s house. No apologies just said the wire was too low and gave me attitude for even mentioning it. Don’t need the attitude from movers.
