Oasis China Visa

Oasis China Visa was really super helpful. Because of a snowstorm, my visa invitation and documents were very delayed. One of the employees, Eric was very patient and worked very hard to help me. I ordered rush service, but he said he would try his best to get it to the consulate asap and get the 24 hour service with no extra fees. They were super informative and kept me up to date.
They were very understanding and kind and I really appreciate what they did for me, because I had my share of issues and set backs. However, the consulate themselves were awful! before choosing Oasis China I tried to call them for 4 hours straight for 2 days and they do not answer their phones! The consulate needs to step it up! I also apparently filled out the wrong form (the one on the Chinese embassy website is APPARENTLY not the right one?!) But Oasis China changed all that for me and helped loads. There fees are on the lower end of the scale for visa agencies and they are definitely worth the price!

I have used Oasis twice. The first time last year for a one-​year business visa and then again this year for a 10-​year business visa. They are easy to work with and the express service is exactly as represented. I overnight my passport on Tuesday and had it back in my hands Friday morning.

This company is as good as any service business in the travel industry. Courteous, timely, proactive, effective and most importantly efficient with your time. If you want to have someone do the leg work that is dependable and leave it to them without worries, then you will be like me; very appreciative and feeling that they are WELL WORTH THEIR FEES!

Fast and professional! They indicated enough information for what’s needed and what to do. They take care from the point I dropped my documents on Tuesday; they helped to pick up my package on Friday from the VISA office and the package is delivered next Monday internationally! It was Incredibly amazing. I’ll recommend my friends if they need any help that OASIS might help them

This agency is really good and they helped me out with my passport renewal. I couldn’t get hold of the Chinese embassy and I called the embassy for 300+ times and no one ever answered. Then I contacted this agency which is right next to the embassy and they fixed my photo and delivered to the embassy and got my passport back to in a timely manner.

I’ve used Oasis China Visa services 3 times in the last 10 years, and each time they have obtained my visa without any problems. They provide a great service.

The website is user friendly and super advanced — great heads up on there about what documents are needed and able to pay online with credit card. The best part, however, is that I got my 10 year visa in the mail within 3 days of sending docs and receiving it! Incredible speed and convenience.
I live in North Carolina and only had to speak to the rep on the phone outside of having to send over something I forgot via email.

Very satisfied with the process. We were very nervous about shipping our passports to an agent. But the experience was very good. They answered all of my questions through the phone. The mail in process is very smooth. We got the visas within a week!

Even though I only used them for making photocopies I highly recommend their service. Very friendly (unlike the embassy downstairs) and saves you A LOT of time especially if you go to the embassy on Mondays/​Fridays, here you can walk in and get it done and leave. While it does cost more, your time, sanity, and normal blood pressure levels are worth more than what they charge. Unless you MUST go through the embassy (like myself) use Oasis and you won’t regret it.

I reviewed several websites and blogs before deciding that Oasis Visa service was for me.
I completed their online form; this was the only snag in the process. My credit card was charged but I did not receive a confirmation email. I called them and they immediately sent one to me. I also could not check the status of my visa online. I’m not sure if this was related to the lack of confirmation email of not.
I sent my groups passports to them on a Tuesday by overnight mail. I paid extra for their overnight return delivery service. I received my passport in hand the following Wednesday. That’s less than one week processing time under their regular service.
When the passports arrived, they were sealed in a small envelope thanking me for using their service. Inside, each passport was wrapped in a custom clear passport cover with oasis visa service embossed in gold. There was a business card tucked in the rear page of the holder. The presentation was a nice, unexpected touch.
I will use them for visas again in the future.

Do NOT try to go through the Chinese visa application by yourself, unless you consider yourself an adventurer with a high tolerance for both ineptitude and rudeness. And even if, like me, you’ve done this before, («a visa? How hard can it be?») it’s a new world. A new and unbelievably infuriating world. I may never have been closer to being arrested in my life when I found out that the form on the Chinese website (!!!) was the wrong one, and that the website needed to be updated. (For the record, Chinese Visa website, I hate you. No stars!)
Just go to Oasis Chinese Visa. Don’t feel tempted to go into that godforsaken room downstairs where you will waste many hours of your life and possibly be arrested when you lose your cool. Go to the elevator. Go upstairs. Trust me.
The people there are efficient and effective. They’re also pretty darn smart, realizing this need and positioning themselves where they have. It’s worth every penny to have them deal with the headache for you. Frankly, I’d have paid a lot more for their services. They were great about following up, and I wish I’d simply contacted them directly in the first place. I will next time.

Not living near the Chinese Embassy I researched ways for them to get my Visa application. Oasis China Visa came up and decided to go with them and it was a very good decision. Going through the visa application process for me came with a few bumps in the road and Oasis China Visa helped me all along the way. They wanted to be sure that I was going to be granted my full 90 day visa. And I was!

EDIT ⁶⁄₂₀₁₅: Just used them again without the rush service this time, took exactly 2 weeks to get my passport back. I didn’t even send all the right info to them, so with the delay (my fault), still crazy fast. Love them!
Fantastic! Whaaat! I’ve always gone to the Chinese embassy in Houston (used to live in San Antonio, not a terrible drive), wait in the line while staring at the peaceful meditating Falun Gong protesters outside, wait for the day and retrieve my visa a million hours later. I live in Portland OR now and had no choice but to use a visa service again, but couldn’t remember which one my parents had used for me the first time I went. I researched and read good reviews about Oasis, plus I called them like three times to triple check they were responsive and awesome. They rule. My visa came back so quickly. As in, there were no errors or need for communication because it came back sooner than I thought it would. I paid for expedited and got it within a week and a half-ish…I mean, dang. I didn’t even cost compare other visa services because all of the other ones sketch me out, so I’m not sure how they stack up money-​wise. I’m always aware Chinese visas cost a pretty penny though, especially through a service. Whatevs. Didn’t want to chance it. Take all my money every time I need a Chinese visa, Oasis! Love ya’ll!

I heard about this service in random chat while waiting in line on my second visit to the Embassy. I’d driven 4 hours, and found out they no longer do same-​day rush service for visas, meaning I’d have to drive back yet again for pick up. After receiving my pick up slip, I decided to give these folks a try. With documents so sensitive, it can be a little nerve-​wracking to entrust anyone with them, but thankfully these guys came through. I received my documents back via FedEx exactly when estimated, which saved me quite a bit of time and money. At least from my single interaction thus far, this seems to be an excellent service, with a great price and very friendly office. They’re right upstairs from the visa office as well, which was very convenient.

I must say the Chinese visa process is a mess. I did the process and they said I needed a photocopy of my passport page and my plane ticket confirmation. I ran to the elevator and got to the office where they helped me print my flight confirmation and do my copies of our passports. Definitely worth the $ 3 as I was able to run downstairs and make my number for the queue.

Seriously easy. Getting visa’s is not normally fun but Oasis is cheaper than some other service providers and gets it back to you super fast. I am going to china for a visit and was stressing about cutting the visa process close. The chinese embassy requires all kinds of supporting documents like hotel reservations, flight details, copies of ur passport etc. what i found out later was other service providers were asking me for more documentation (than what was really required) and charging more than oasis. I sent all the documents oasis next day air on Monday, they got it on Tuesday, by Friday it was on a fedex next day shipment back to me. The entire process took 5 days! They even gave me a passport pouch and a nice envelope thanking me for using them. Highly efficient and for the price fantastic!

As someone who always have trouble with traveling and passports, this place has helped me out a lot.
The people running the place are very friendly and professional. I got my documents back twice as fast as if I did it myself.

Excellent service! I opted for the regular processing and standard overnight shipping. I submitted my passport Tuesday nigh and received my passport within 7 days. This service is actually located in the same building as the Chinese Consulate Visa Office, so rest assured, your passport will be in good hands. Overall, Oasis takes the time to review your application and ensures your application is error-​less before sending it off to the consulate. If there are any issues, they will call you like they did with mine. Since I did not write my name in Chinese characters (as shameful as it is that I don’t know how to write my name in hanyu), they called and told me it would not be an issue and that they would personally fill the particular section with my characters. A++!!

I have used this place twice, I was surprised there was no Unilocal listing so I decided to make one. If you need any kind of Chinese Visa this is definitely the place you need to use. I have processed two business visas to China from this place, they are super fast, efficient and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very very reasonable. You basically fill everything out online and then send in your passport with one of the online forms printed out and FEDEX it to them, a few days later they FEDEX it back to you, really easy. They are located in the same building as the Chinese Consulate.
