Wow. You give these people business & money for years– get a ticket,(in addition to previous accidents years before) they send you a letter dropping you…6 MONTHS LATER. You try to CONTACT them & they WONT ACCEPT OR RETURN YOUR CALLS. Years of business means absolutely nothing to them. I mean I left 4 messages, just asking about the letter, completely non-​confrontational & not one was returned. Insurance is already a shady business but the folks working at this office are particularly shady. SO gracious & kind to you — UNTIL… theyll do a complete 180 on you. I am now with Geico and EXTREMELY happy. I recommend Geico to DC drivers. They are wonderful!
