Peter DePaolis is a professional, thoughtful and fabulous attorney, who helped us through a difficult journey. Best Attorney a family could have… Mr. DePaolis and his staff were excellent, without giving detail of my case I will say that Mr. DePaolis and his staff went through leaps and bounds to assure that my family was taken care of. He is a very personable attorney; he cares about his clients, he takes the time out to explain unknown legal terms, prepares you for the unknown (for those of us who are first time legal clients) and explains in details the different possible outcomes of the case. Even, once the case has been settled Mr. DePaolis and his staff are available to answer and explain questions that might have been missed or forgotten. Definitely would refer him to family and friends.

DePaulis will say whatever he needs to sign a client and then will not follow thorugh. If your case isn’t worth enough, he won’t bother doing much of anything. He will avoid accountability (such as when you say, «and when will you get back to me about this issue?» he will become belligerent). He will even complain about spending time on your case to you.
Don’t work with him.
