How do you get 5 stars at a bank… FANTASTIC SERVICE! When I walked into PNC, it was if the associates there FLOCK to you to make sure you are taken care of. First, I met w/​an associate to order checks, and then I got in line to make a withdrawal. While I was in line, the associate who helped me w/​my checks, came up to me with a withdrawal slip prefilled out with my account number and the date so that all I had to do was add the amount and sign it. EVERYONE was extremely helpful in this branch and it seemed as if their number one goal was to serve you as quickly as possible in the most professional manner they possibly could!
