If you want a cut and not worry about how’s it’s going to look when you get out of the chair. Tina is by far one of the best barbers in DC w/​over 20 years of experience. She’s had been cutting my hair for about 20 years, therefore I can vouch.

I love this place.
Marie, Tina, and Emmanuel all do an incredible job.
About a year ago, I had a wedding to go to and didn’t have time to see my regular person. Saturday morning, 10am. I got into the queue, and waited for about an hour. There was quite a line, and two ladies working.
When it was my turn, I understand the delay. Tina took the time to give me that extra special look I wanted. A perfect fade, just the right texture. At the time I had short hair, and she did a killer job.
A few weeks later, I went by and Marie was working. Another amazing cut.
Fast forward a year, and now my wavy brunette hair has grown out a bit, and they’ve given me a variety of styles that are so on-​trend and still classic that I’m amazed. Add to that my experience with Emmanuel while the girls were on vacation, and then again most recently, and I just have nothing but great things to say about Retro-​lutions.
PS: The price can’t be beat. a $ 20 haircut thats better than any I’ve ever gotten. Just makes me up the tip.
