History

Established in 2005.

Brandon Snesko walked the halls of Congress as a Congressional Page before following in his family footsteps and began serving process in 1999. He soon thereafter became a Washington DC Private Investigator and worked for most of the major Washington DC process serving and private investigation firms.

Same Day Process is a family business, founded by Tony Snesko and his son, Brandon in 2005 in Washington D.C., with a commitment to honest, efficient and reliable service. With over 60 years of combined experience and as a licensed private investigation firm, our expert process servers have what it takes to successfully serve even the most difficult of jobs.

Business Owner

Brandon is a licensed P.I. who has specialized in high-​profile investigations for private companies, individuals, and the United States Government. Some of his investigations have included; locating, interviewing and taping individuals as defendants or witnesses, surveillance, insurance fraud, custody cases, corporate evidence recorder, etc.

Brandon is also a founding member of the Mid-​Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers. MAAPPS primary members are Virginia process servers, Maryland process servers, and Washington DC process servers interested in creating and supporting education.

In 2010, Brandon was the first process server in the DC area to adopt serving all legal documents using iPhone and Android smart phones and GPS technology, giving our clients complete accountability and transparency. Brandon and his wife, Kara have 2 boys and live in Annapolis, MD.
