Shoes by Lara

They are closeting soon. But this store was empty! No shoes my size and it was a clutter. Thought I would prove the reviews wrong but i think you better of going to DSW (aka my fav storeeee)

1. repugnantly hateful; detestable; loathsome: an abominable crime.
2. very unpleasant; disagreeable: The weather was abominable last week.
3. very bad, poor, or inferior: They have abominable taste in clothes.
Even the somewhat decent shoes sold here would never be worth the atrocious customer service. This store — owner included — would rather accuse their customers of dishonesty than acknowledge that they have a terrible book keeping system, are incredibly disorganized, and don’t have a single policy that is in the customer’s best interest. I was sold a pair of broken shoes and it has taken a nightmarish year of hassle to walk out of there with any shoes at all.
I will never step foot in Shoes by Lara willingly again, and I would recommend that you don’t either.
May all the people who work there find better jobs under better management.
