Not really the best starbucks I’ve come across. They are never very friendly, take a long time to take drink orders, and make drinks. They haven’t gotten any of my drinks wrong before. However considering the outstanding customer service I have recieved at other Starbuck locations, this one is really below their standard.

Do NOT go here. I ordered a venti lowfat latte. The guy made a skinny (skim milk) latte, and I told him that the order was for a lowfat (2%) latte. He then picks up the whole milk, and I ask him, «that’s whole milk, sir.» He then says, «oh, its for someone else…»
Well, below and behold, he then gives me a latte that is basically warm, whole milk… Seriously.
I wanted to ask for the manager, but I didn’t want to ruin everyone’s day, from the other customers in line to the other workers.
Instead, I just know NOT to ever go there again.

I stop into this Starbucks every once in awhile on my way to work. The staff are always really pleasant and the drinks are yummy. My only complaint is that there seem to be SO many staff working the register and making breakfast sandwiches… while one woman makes all of the coffee drinks. It’s usually a somewhat short line to order coffee, but the wait for your drink usually exceeds that of most other Starbucks I’ve been to.
Great, pleasant staff — but management should add a person to drink making.

Lots of fruit flies in the glass food display. Yuck.
