Layout is pretty and spacious, but the staff is rude. I can get over the 10+ minute wait for drinks, because they are obviously understaffed and super busy with all the students that come in, but please don’t give your customers attitude for no reason.

Washington, DC
The Starbucks employees are the most courteous of any restaurant staff at American, but watch out for lines before classes and restricted parking if you’re driving by. Always bustling.

Amazing décor and a lot of seating — but the staff couldn’t be slower. Definitely not a place to go if you are in a hurry. 6 people behind the counter and it took 10 minutes to get a regular coffee
