Arguably the worst taco bell I’ve ever visited. BUT with that said, it is the only DC location, besides the one in Union Station which isn’t open for Fourth Meal. There have been times when they actually ran out of food, unapologetically I may add. How does that even happen? You’re TACOBELL! But I have no choice but to keep coming because I keep hoping that one day they’ll shape up. Taco Bell HQ, please fix it. Or open one in NW, that has a drive thru, and mend this broken heart of mine.

I love Taco Bell ! But this is just a disgrace. Terrible service with bad attitudes. Waited 15 minutes for something that should have taken 10 minutes. We asked for straws and were given grief for a common necessity. The workers need to be fired and or retrained in proper customer service. And on top of that I didn’t get all of what I ordered I was beyond disappointed.

I realize I’m reviewing a Taco Bell location here, but what you need to know is that I’ve had a lifelong addiction to Taco Bell tacos & my love for Taco Bell knows no bounds. Never have I ever come across a worse service, food, and overall customer experience than this location. It takes a lot for me to say this(especially since there are very few Taco Bell locations in DC): this location is almost worth never stopping at. And, I mean never.

Completely aware that it is Taco Bell and I should not have high expectations, but this place has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the country. After waiting behind someone in the drive through lane for 10 minutes, we discover that the drive through lane is not being serviced. Walk inside, the place is filthy, the order taker couldn’t describe anything on the menu(i.e. what is a Meximelt), and the only items they had available were tacos and chalupas. No burritos. After looking up a Meximelt on google, it is a tortilla with beef, cheese, and pico de gallo. Not sure how you couldn’t make that with Taco ingredients, but whatever. I’m just hoping I don’t get a disease from my soft chicken tacos.

I know I shouldn’t expect much from taco hell, but this place was awful. I waited for 15 minutes for my food & the bathroom was disgusting. They managed to do worse than my very low expectations.

Never again. Its quite possibly the slowest«fast» food place I have ever been in this area. I echo nearly everyone else’s comments.

I LOVE the Taco Bell brand. It’s my favorite fast food. But this location is absolutely awful. The service is slow and the work is sloppy, and it’s because the management here doesn’t care to train its employees. Or at least when I tried ordering the«stuffed grillers» or whatever, an employee told me they couldn’t make it because they hadn’t been trained in it yet. I’ve visited this location at least twenty times and each time it’s miserably slow.

oh my god… somehow i thought stopping at this taco bell would be a quick and easy stop on my way home to greenbelt from dc… horrible mistake after being trapped in the drive thru for 20 mins with no one moving i went inside while it took another 12 mins to take 2 peoples order… i walked up with that mentality that i already had invested soo much time i couldnt walk out with nothing. the cashier told me my order would be another 30 – 40 mins… wtf. over an hour for fast food. the busiest gourmet restraunt wouldnt take this long. this place has serious issues. never had i heard of such slow fast food. needless to say i left empty handed

AAAAAAH this is the problem, this brand new KFC/Taco bell combo is in Trinidad. The customer service here is a joke. I’ve been here twice, once ordering taco bell through the drive through, and another KFC. The first incident when the girl gave me my total and I drove towards the window I realized that there was no way my order was right because it was waaaay to cheap. I sat in my car as the car two cars a head pulled forward and the driver got out and went inside with her bag. Then I waited ten minutes as the car in front of me took and then returned the food bag, because SURPRISE the order must have been incorrect. After what had been a total of 20 minutes in the drive through, I decided it was best to go in and sort out my order. I asked to speak to the manager, who proceeded to get the drive through girl who complained about me getting out of line, while admitting that my order was in correct. She then with an attitude fixed the order, she nor the manager apologized, and when I got home, surprise the order was wrong, it appeared she’d purposely forgot sour cream on everything, and shorted us on beef while loading the burritos up with old beans. My bad, I knew better. 2nd attempt I get a real craving for fried chicken, which I don’t even like but I really wanted. So I got through the drive through order two meals paying the up charge for white meat, I specify white meat on both orders because I don’t like dark meat chicken. I drive ten minutes home; open my order and YUCKDARKMEAT. So I’m not letting it go because I’ve paid like $ 1 per meal for white meat. I got all the way back to have the drive through kid explain to me he didn’t have white meat in crispy. And now he’s out in original. They’ve been out for twenty minutes, and rather than asking me he decided to substitute the dark, though I said I don’t like dark meat. Needless to say I just asked for a refund.
