Specialties
We have a great staff with a combined 30 years of food service experience. Our goal is to create the ultimate customer service experience. Our «Licensed Seasonologist» has created a perfect blend of seasonings for our soon to be famous «Soul Wingz».
History
Established in 2012.
This businesss was birthed out of the passion for the food service industry. As a person who loves to go out to eat. I often found myself unsatisfied with customer service, quality food choices and my overall dining experience. Since I have never been satisfied as a consumer I thought it was right to create a place where the consumer will be treated fair, enjoy a great meal and return because of consistency with service.
Meet the Business Owner
Anthony Ulysses H.
Business Owner
I started out in the food service industry in 1986 working at Roy Rogers while attending Woodstock Job Corps. Since then my journey has been great. Over the past 10 years I have been priviledged to work in some well known places such as CIA Headquarters, US House & Senate, Kennedy Center, Lucky Strike Lanes, Bens Chili Bowl, FedEx Field, Nationals Park and Ruths Chris Steakhouse just to name a few. In 2003 on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr birthday I changed the recipe for the «Onion Rings» appetizer in all 84 restaurants worldwide. In 2005 I won a Black History cooking contest at CIA Headquarters. Every job that I have held, I have always increased sales and raised the standard of the industry. Over time I realized that if I can help continue a brand that I would be able to build a brand. My passion and comittment for great food and great customer service has lead me to seek out ownership. I am also the former owner of Princtons Place Soul Food Restaurant which was in Clinton Maryland.
