I would highly recommend Atieno. I learned a lot about myself and how to use what I thought were weaknesses as strengths to tackle difficult work dynamics. She was very easy to talk to, listened carefully, and skillfully guided me into making good decisions.

I met with Atieno virtually for about four sessions. She was very quickly able to guide me to my own answers about which path (s) to follow. I was interested in multiple paths, but didn’t have enough hours in the day to do it all. She helped me clarified some issues. I appreciated her direct yet emphathetic style. She’s a gift!

I tried coaching as a way to help me through some difficult decisions I was facing. Along with giving me that extra push to accomplish specific goals in my personal and professional life, Atieno is also just a great person to talk to and really makes you feel comfortable. She’s is excellent at helping you identify what you want, and then helping set a plan to execute and get results. Using techniques we worked on, I was able to move into a position at my company I liked more and negotiate a raise. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for coaching

Atieno has spoken to our organization quite a few times, and every time she has done an excellent job not only in presenting her material, but also in responding to our group’s questions in a manner that comes across as understanding, empathetic, and helpful. She’s not only knowledgeable, but her insightful exercises, and «human» approach are characteristics that make her a great coach.

Atieno’s coaching has and hopefully continue to help me overcome personal blocks and learn the trick to not «getting in my own way.» She is extremely empathetic and helps her clients cut through to their core issues. I came to her at a point when I was flat out confused about my path. Her coaching has helped me set boundaries and define issues in a way that has helped me move forward.

Atieno’s intuitive abilities, extensive repertoire of coaching skills and approaches, and heartfelt, authentic desire to see her clients make positive strides in their lives are such a gift! Atieno and I worked together for one session at a time in my life when I was at a crossroads. I was pulled in many directions. Atieno was able to help me clearly discern the next steps and this was hugely helpful. Though we only worked together for the one session, she provided exactly what I needed at the time. She was both affirming and prepared to say the difficult things I needed to hear. I really appreciate this about her coaching. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients transform their lives, make the life they want; she says what is needed in order to support that, including the difficult/​challenging things, but does so with great care and sensitivity. She is a great resource, too, in terms of her knowledge of different approaches to dealing with all sorts of life challenges (challenges in work, love, pesonal health, etc.). The «work» is always up to you, but Atieno can be a great support and coach for your process. Finally, I must say how much appreciated how REAL she is. She really does have a sincere want to help people transform their lives. Sadly, there are some people who would take advantage of vulnerable people who desperately want to transform their lives (and are ready to pay for some kind of coaching for this). It is comforting and gives me hope to know Atieno’s sincerity in her coaching work. I highly recommend Atieno!
