Wexford Property Management

This company used to be known as Urbane Results but they were «bought out» by Wexford. My guess is they were just trying to rebrand themselves after the horrible online reviews for Urbane. Avoid this company at all costs! Horrible customer service, very slow response time, and likes to blame everyone but themselves when they mess up a maintenance request. Robert and Angie are horrible to deal with.

We have had an awesome experience with Wexford. Robert Woolf has been nothing but helpful and quick to assist. The company shovels the front of our house and salts the sidewalk for us during snow. Having dealt with many different landlords, its little things like this we truly appreciate. They also always responds to maintenance requests asap. Much better than the other company we have dealt with in the past.

Unethical, Unprofessional, Incompetent. Owners and condo associations — stay away.
Ms. Angie Ramos of Wexford placed a tenant into my property six weeks before she had executed a fully signed and ratified lease with the tenant. When presented with objective evidence of her exceptionally poor decision-​making and repeated dishonesty she still failed to own up to her mistake. Wexford repeatedly failed to post advertisements of my vacant property or update the listing (even on their own website). They repeatedly failed to perform repairs requested by the tenant despite me providing written approval to perform the repairs. I terminated my contract with Wexford for cause 6 weeks ago — after 6 weeks they still have not yet forwarded the security deposit and rents collected to my new management company. Property owners, renters, and condo associations — stay away from Wexford.

I would give «0» star if I could.
We were transferred from small management company to this huge company. The big fish swallowed the little one. We, as the owners, were not given a choice.
And, all the nightmares of having such a large company managing your place goes with it. They never informed us about what exactly do they do for us, how is payment collected, late fees, maintenance team, numbers to call in emergency, and so on. For two months now they blame it on «transfer» of ownership. They are not responsive, not clear in their messages, passing the «blame ball» from one to another. They are very late with payment deposits, holding tenants payments for almost 3 weeks before they send deposits to the owners.
I am looking for options out. Save yourself stress, and higher somebody else.

So many issues at the Marday Apartments.
Pluses:
1. Great Cap Hill location on major bus routes
2. Affordable
3. Washer and dryer in unit
Minuses:
1. Building was advertised as secured, yet the front door of the building has become unsecured 3 times since I moved in 1 year ago. So far this has led more than a dozen stolen packages throughout the building.
2. Leasing company unwilling to install a few simple lock boxes for packages, despite numerous complaints from tenants. The possibility of installing security cameras has been described as «out of the question.»
3. Building hallway and stair carpets filthy.
4. No bike parking or storage.
5. Extremely dated kitchen appliances and cupboards/​counters.
6. Uneven floors covered with the cheapest, scratchiest, ugliest carpet. Seriously, I can’t believe some company even makes this stuff.
7. Cheap, paper thin windows lead to astronomical heating bills in the winter. We kept our small, one-​bedroom apartment between 65 and 70 degrees all winter and had $ 200+ electric bills every month.
8. Zero landscaping in the large front yard. Dead grass and weeds everywhere. Two huge plastic flower pots sit on the front entrance filled with nothing but weeds and cigarette butts.
9. Leasing office, where we drop off our rent checks, moved without any communication to tenants.

Horrible company. Hired them to lease a property for me, and they were uncommunicative and unresponsive to simple questions. After I terminated our services, I went to another leasing agency, which informed me that Wexford had apparently only done Craigslist listings and not used the other apartment listing sites.
Trying to get a response, or fruitful result, from this company about anything at all is a massive chore and hassle. Incredibly unprofessional and ineffective. Do your business elsewhere.

They are the worst company ever!
1^st: When I moved in whoever they hired to renovate royally screwed up. I was without power for two weekends! They came in multiple times to try to fix it and then left without fixing it.
2. Heat didnt work accurately for the first month! It was freezing, meaning no heat for the entire building for a month! Then when it did work it felt like a sauna. I had windows open in January.
3. A leak form the radiators happens frequently. I got to hear a bubble of water leak for a week before someone told me just to pop the water bubble and they would come replaster it later. WTF!
4. floors severally uneven which is a violation, elevator often does not work or gets stuck in between floors, and you got to love the rat problem. Oh i use to love my claw foot old tub. BUt then i quickly realized they just used regular paint to cover up huge mold, rust and human stains in the tub by previous owners. I now use my shower at work.
5. oh and my personal favorite their new pay system just charged my rent twice. Leaving me with an overdraft and no way to pay my other bills! I hate this company with a passion! THey are horrible and dont fix things accurately or in a timely manner. They are only out for your money.
