New Image Day Spa

I really like this spa! I was quite impressed for Ogden and would definitely recommend. I LOVE their pedicures (especially with the gelish polish) but their pedicures seem overpriced. That would be my only complaint. All other services seem in line with other spas on pricing. The staff are friendly and its a relaxing environment. I wish they were open on Sunday!

Exceptional quality and service at New Image! By far the nicest facility with the best set up I’ve ever been to. The relaxation room is awesome with delicious drink options and cozy seating. Very friendly and respectful staff. Services I’ve had here are full body massage, 30 minute facial and pedicures/​manicures. Honestly, If I could go here every week I would!

I’ve been to a lot of different spas in Layton, Ogden and finally found one that I love and continue to go back to again and again. It’s the only place I will take my Mom for a pedicure; she loves the chairs; there comfortable, massage, heat; the room is very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

A good spa, I’ve used it myself a few times and for the wife when Im in trouble for something. great atmosphere, skilled people and prices that are reasonable for the level of service.

a very welcoming place, as soon as i entered then greeted me and gave me very precise time on when i would be attend too. i had one technician for my entire service, her name was jenny, she was great for a a person to talk to that is not a LDS, that is a pull for a person or not but overall great.

Love love love this place. Amazing body wrap and ion foot bath. Frozen grapes while you relax after your treatments. I’ll be back!

My boyfriend and I did the muddy buddies package on a Saturday evening, the facility is amazing! Very clean and they were not overbooked or crowded, we will definitely be back

I really debated whether to give this place 3, 4 or 5 stars… The treatments were wonderful, I decided to go with the luxury exfoliation followed by a 1-​hour massage. Cassie was my therapist and she was awesome. She did a great job at creating a relaxing atmosphere (speaking quietly and not chatty, etc.), but more importantly she was able to tune-​in to me very well and the massage was one of the best I’ve had.
I enjoyed the exfoliation too, though I think for the money the hour massage is probably the way to go.
The 2 things I found lacking about the place were:
1) the facilities — for $ 15 more the Kura Door down in SLC has a large steam room, Sauna, a meditation room and a tea room. New Image only has the single relaxation room. There are private steam rooms you can reserve for about $ 1 per minute (in 15 min negating the price difference from Kura Door), which would be great, but they don’t turn it on until you get in, which means your 15 minutes are over right as it’s finally getting hot! They also have a personal sauna (a little awkward in the middle of the hallway) which is free if reserved, but they also don’t turn on until you get there, so you spend about 15 – 20 min waiting for that to heat up as well. A little extra preparation would go a long way in making the facilities more enjoyable.
2) the other negative was the large group of teachers (getting pedicures I think) who were complaining loudly about their students and parents: «and THEN she said… and I was like, I CANNOT believe she would… and then do you know what she said to me…»
I don’t want to hold the groups/​people who come here against this place, and had I come 30 min later I would have missed that group all together, but my experience was what it was.
Conclusion —
5 Stars for Cassie — the Massage and Exfoliation
3 Stars for the Facilities — could easily be better
1 Star for the gaggle of gossiping gals, but not held against New Image… this time…

(Note: we’re not from Ogden/​SLC, so we don’t know how New Image measures up with other spa/​massage facilities in the area.)
My wife and I visited as part of a long Labor Day weekend holiday, and this place hit just the spot. Both of us have deep tissue needs, so this was no relaxing getaway. I have serious back problems from working in the high tech industry, and my wife has a build (thick back) that makes it difficult for her to get a good massage.
Besides getting top-​notch therapeutic massages from Cassie and Shelby, we were taken care of during our entire visit, from a clean and sanitized locker/​changing room with robes & slippers to the quiet waiting area with snacks/​drinks and lounge chairs to hangout until you’re called. It’s a shame we don’t live closer as this is a place we’d *definitely* return to.

Seriously thee most amazing 4 hours of my life!!! I treated myself to the November Monthly special the Harvest Glow Retreat. The offer included a 60min pumpkin spice exfoliation, Vichy Shower waterfall, and 30 min rehydration for $ 65 dollars but I upgraded to 1.5 hour plus added on the extended massage and the total came to $ 135 and it was worth every penny! Make sure you get to your apt early so you can bliss out in the relaxation room before your treatment.
Before I started my heavenly full body exfoliation they put me in my own personal steam room for 20min then I was off to the Vichy shower room where I was pampered head to toe for 1.5 hours afterwards a 1hour massage for a total of 2hours and 50 min of pure bliss! Then you get to go into the dressing room and help yourself to their extensive line of spa products to sample from facial and body scrubs to hair spray. I spent another hour pampering myself before I headed out into the world a new woman. My therapist was Kristen and she was amazing! The rest of the staff was very nice as well!

The customer service here is awesome! Jordan is super personable and helped accommodate me way beyond what I expected. If the owner is reading this I would like to congratulate you on hiring such a great shift leader; staff can make or break an experience (I promise you I have never met her before today, note I’m a CA local). The facilities are new and spacious and I like how they aren’t cheap with providing extra touches to enhance the customer experience (many options of flavored water with electrolytes, tea, magazines/​books, shampoo/​conditioner/​soap, and access to their custom products –which they allow you to test to try to get you to buy them but that’s understandable). When I am in town again I will definitely go back!

While in Utah on my honeymoon, my husband I wanted to relax at a spa. The set up at the New Image Day spa is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. After changing into robes, they directed us into a quite relaxation room with teas and snacks. We then were led back for our couples package and it was wonderful and relaxing. Both masseuses were fantastic. They asked questions and concentrated on our sore spots. The massages ended with their delicious frozen grapes and a retreat back to the relaxation room. I would definitely go back if I were in town again.

I like this place a lot better since they moved from their old location. The new digs are nice and I think it does have a relaxing environment to it. Just like any spa the massage comes down to the masseuse, so sometimes here is it great other times it is just ok. But the main reason that I didn’t give a higher rating is because they have a tendency here to leave you in the waiting area too long and then still finish the massage on time which then shorts you on the amount of time you paid for. I thought I was just imagining that but after talking to some friends they noticed the same thing, so make sure you watch that.

If you need a cheap place to unwind, this is it. Great Atmoshere for relaxing.
