These negative reviews are all spot-​on to my own experiences here. The woman that runs this place makes very clear that she would gladly push any of her customers off a cliff if it meant saving her from having to do any work or be inconvenienced. At one point they even closed for several days and didn’t bother to have anyone else fill in or try to make any amends to their repeat customers. It’s worthless to try this one, especially when so many other UPS stores are run so well.

I can’t even give this store ONE star! They are never ever open at 9am like it states. They seem to pick their own hours which is a big Inconvenience to customers! Everytime I have come here it’s not open at 9.

I agree with the last review. Poor customer service here. I have been here about 5 times and each time was a bad experience. This location is very close to my home, but now I go elsewhere. I refuse to be treated rudely!

When dropping off a package. Don’t try to ask for information, even it is only you and the person behind the desk in the store. I asked for tape to secure the packing slip and she offered to sell me some. I was told I couldn’t put the items for drop off up on the counter that it was for paying customers. When asking for a transaction receipt she mumbled that I should have printed it out at home.
Ugh, I have seen better treatment at a Black Friday sale. In a business that thrives on repeat customers, this is one location that I can say I will avoid.
