Just dropped my car off early for an appointment tomorrow. I was running a little late to meet someone. The Mercedes service department had me in and out in under 5 minutes which included securing me a loaner car! The team was very professional but still made the visit casual. Great service experience.

I needed an SUV for my wife. My experience with them from a family member is what made me got to them first. As expected, I recieved two great products, a car and service. The car pick up and drop off service is wonderful for my wife who isn’t too familiar with the area. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Their service department is first class, very professional with good communication skills.
They have provided service on my mother’s 320 SL for the past 15 years, at fair and reasonable costs. The car remains in great condition, to the extent that I am planning on driving it cross country. My mother recently passed on, and left me this classic, which I plan on enjoying

I purchased an E350 in Youngstown, Ohio, but was assured that I could have the vehicle serviced at any Mercedes dealership – (all are 1^st class operations –highest integrity– all very honest yada yada yada)
Four months later I cracked the drivers side view mirror. I took it to John Sissan — they quoted me a price of $ 2116.00 plus tax and made an appt the following Thursday (when the ordered part would be in).
I decided to turn it into my insurance co. (ERIE) and pay the $ 1,000 deductable. The adjuster spent almost an hour taking the mirror apart– looking up prices– putting the mirror back together and informed me there was NO WAY the damage should cost $ 2,116.00, and he put his estimate at $ 513.60 !!! TOPS.
I took the car to Pruni and didn’t mention the other 2 quotes and he gave me an estimate of $ 502.90. I hired Pruni, they did a beautiful job and even delivered the car.
To ad insult to injury Sisson called me and was quite irate that I didn’t bring the car in as scheduled. I called the service managed and explained what happened — HE said he would «check it out» and get back to me. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
What really ticked me off was when I called Mercedes in New Jersey —– Their reaction was «THESE ARE INDEPENDENT FRANCHISES AND WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS» Deaf ear !!!
The moral of the story — – Mercedes may be a fine auto but you better not need it serviced!!! as they are INDEPENDENT FRANCHISES AND MERCEDES INC HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS !!!
I sold my E 6 months after I bought it. I now drive a luxury American car –LOVE IT_​_​GOOD SERVICE ALSO HONEST

I am a Mercedes Benz lease holder. I am shopping for a new car and also was looking at options to change my current lease. During the course of this past month, I called this dealership 6 times and left 3 voice mails for the sales person. Other 3 occasions, he picked up and promised to call me in 15 minutes that never happened.
In the past (few months back) I got my C300 serviced here. They changed the tires and the problem was still there. Then they changed one wheel. I still have a minor vibration and the car is not the same. I mentioned this feedback to the person who called me after the service was done. She said that she will relay my message to the service manager and he would get back to me. Nothing happened post that.
I would rate this dealership a zero stars if I had the option.

As a 22 year old female, when I walk into the dealership I can see dollar signs pop up in the sales men’s eyes. I had a horrific experience 4 years ago at a Chevy dealership and I was just not looking forward to buying a new car all! Finally I made it out to John Sisson and literally felt like a family member… Every person I talked to was just so honest and helpful! They put me in a brand new sentra and I love it so much! I’ll be returning to them for a while

We bought a CPO R Class Mercedes January 25, 2014 and it has lived at the service department ever since. In less than 90 days this «certified» car has needed a new engine thermostat, a part in the steering wheel replaced, a door fixed that can’t close properly, a window fixed that leaks rain onto my child’s car seat, the sun roof repaired, the CD player replaced because it can’t load or eject CDs… now we tested the multimedia (iPod connection) and it doesn’t work either. Clearly this car was NOT thoroughly inspected. We paid a premium for it’s special status, but clearly it is not the worry free investment it was advertised to us as. If you want to buy a Mercedes pick another dealership where CPO means something.

Purchased my 370z from them Nov. 2011. Ryan worked with me, giving me a fair price on a trade-​in and I got a great price on the car. As a certified used car, I also get free inspections for as long as I own the vehicle, and they will even pick up the car and bring it back, so I don’t even have to drive down there.
