Rozner’s is highly inconsistent in the way they take trash. Sometimes they take the entire containerful, sometimes not. You cannot reach anyone to talk to. They recently left two completely stuffed kitchen bags of trash in my trash can and left it sitting there half full. These items were tied kitchen bags and there is no reason they should have been left. This has been my experience with them for approximately the last nine months of the nearly two years I have used them. They do not return voice mails. I will be seeking a new trash service.
