West Washington Family Dentistry

My partner went there for 9 years but she’s on Social Security & The Grewals raped that cash cow one too many times by letting her teeth rot and then giving her bridges and now Nancy claims «let’s wait until all your teeth fall out so we can give you a full plate of false teeth». These people are unethical and nasty. Their staff is a revolving door and the person at the desk now — is a loon. She screams at patients who want their money back. I was overcharged about $ 1000 bucks because Terry, the biller, was out doing another job and taking care of their ill mother. That I understand but they overcharged me. I complained to Delta Dental Insurance; they and I got after this practice, Terry was never there. I’ve been complaining for 8 months and finally got paid by Insurance and Terry then tells me — through Helen I’m only owed $ 156 more when I know it’s more exactly $ 212 bucks.
To top it all off; Nancy Grewall, the dentist left me with an unfinished root canal on tooth 31, a gaping hole that used to be a tooth on #18 and I am now having to pull the tooth. It’s malpractice and they are greedy people. I have to go to another dentist in the area who actually looked at 18 and told me just from looking at the tooth & the xray– «If i fill that tooth it may well crack from the decay»
Seriously Nancy, the least you can do is give me back my money.
Then my partner’s teeth look like she was in a fight. This is not a dental health clinic it’s a disaster.

Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. Not good with children. Brought son in for cleaning at 6 yrs old and as my son sat still in the chair the dentist cut his gum with the cleaning pick while counting his teeth. He then proceeded to hold my son down while attempting to clean his teeth. My son was in horrible pain from the cut and the dentist didn’t even seem to care. Needless to say I haven’t been back.
