I’ve been here a couple times especially when they have their semi annual sales. I love their hand soaps, lotions and sprays (cinnamon pumpkin is one of my favorites). Sometimes the employees are pretty friendly other times they are alright. I like the location it’s close to home and they usually have a wide variety when I go there.

Excellent sales and always being well stocked keeps me coming back. I like how the scents change with the seasons– although some scents that i have adored in the past are gone. (my only «complaint») The staff is friendly without being overbearing (like bath & body of old)

This location always seems to be out of the few items that I go in looking for for some reason, every SINGLE time. I’m not sure why, as they’re not particularly off-​the-​wall items or rare items or anything.
Also, every time I’ve ever asked for help with anything, the workers seem less-​than-​excited to assist me. They’re not quite rude but they’re also not really friendly and welcoming. I really hate going to this location and avoid it at almost all costs, but it’s a lot closer to me than the location in the mall is.
