Burger King

From the outside, this Burger King looks good from the outside, but on the inside it looks like its back in the late 1990s. Seating is very outdated (not a big complaint) Hopefully, they’re working on renovations on the interior.
The fries are delicious, the wait for the food is similar to McDonalds and Whataburger and the people that work here seem to be chill.
Just ate my burger and it tastes great. Give it an typical A.

I don’t usually say anything about fast food places but geeee whizzzzzz… Order was totally screwed up not once but twice. And the food must’ve been left over from last week. It couldn’t have been worse if they tried.

Coming up on 15 minutes sitting in the drive through… fast food this is not. When they did finally answer the speaker, after I had to call ‘hellllo?’, I was told ‘it may be awhile, do you still want to order?’…”not that I had much choice being wedged in between three cars in front of me and behind. Pitiful

Do not eat here! Disgusting! This is my third time to give this place a chance — and big, big FAIL! The staff is very nice, but the food is always OLD. Very disgusting COLD burger must have been made hours ago and sat under a «heat» lamp. Not even edible. This location never makes your food fresh. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You will get sick eating here!

Food order was totally wrong on 2 burgers! Food was cold, worker being the counter talking real loud! I couldn’t even hear my husband sitting next to me.

Let me preface this by stating that I used to really like Burger King (more so than McDonald’s), but I now understand why Burger King is losing money and is NEVER crowded.
I haven’t eaten one in a long while so I stopped in to have a «Big Fish» and fries. The front counter acted as if I were just wasting her time as she waited on me. I made my order and it was ready before I even finished getting my drink. The «Big Fish» was rather small — about the size of McDonald’s regular fish sandwich. Kind of funny that they call it «Big». It seemed as though it was a little undercooked (not crunchy) and my fries were on the verge of being cold, but they were just so salty that I couldn’t finish them. Not a great food experience here, BK.
Here’s the deal. I don’t expect much from a chain like Burger King, but when I look next door to them and see Chick-​Fil-​A with about a million customers and all being treated great, I can see how Burger King is suffering. To the owners of BK, just end the suffering and close. Let In-​N-​Out come and fill your spot… heck, even Dairy Queen would be a vast improvement.
BK’s all over have a whole lotta improvement to do before I ever spend money here again. Good luck with that.

I love the new Satisfries… when they’re hot. I stopped by to get food for the family and there was nobody there. I figured I’d get some pretty good service. I ordered six meals in all and still ended up with cold fries! This was after I requested fresh, hot fries and was told they made the latest batch just for me.
My son and I ordered the Big King (I love the King Sauce) and we were both disappointed by a luke warm burger with barely a hint of the sauce. What a shame.

The first couple of times coming to this location my fries have been cold and dry. No more fries for me.
Burgers seem to be made relatively recently. Tonight however when asked if I wanted fries with my order, I said no. I don’t like cold dry fries. Stephen then said he would make a fresh batch of fries. He took it upon himself to provide great customer service when he noticed an issue with past experience and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I was very impressed. Well done Stephen!

Burger King in general just isn’t good food to me. But kids like it and from their point of view it’s the most gourmet, delicate food EVER. Friendly, efficient staff and a play area for kids to waste their energy, I’m okay with all of that. Clean restaurant, too? No complaints here.

As the previous poster said, its a burger king. The staff is really friendly and nice. Its always clean when we are there. Usually one of two that I normally drive (the other being southlake, which I drive by going back ways to grapevine.) by and this is the one we usually are near when its eating time. The one that was closest to us shut down, and even then was so horrible that if we wanted burger king we’d wait until we knew we’d be in the area of this one or in Southlake.
