Performance Rehabilitation & Integrated Medicine

I am a 47 year old mother of 4 busy kids. I was diagnosed with 3 degenerative disks in my neck with early onset arthritis. I was a candidate for spinal surgery. Dr. Spiaggia recommended we try less invasive measures first. I spent 2 ½ months in the caring hands of all of the physicians at Performance Rehabilitation. I am pain free today thanks to the care and attention they paid to me. the staff is friendly, happy and efficient. Scheduling is easy and they have created a family type atmosphere that breeds positive attitudes throughout the facility. This is the top destination for health, recovery and wellness.

Tomorrow is my last day of physical therapy and it’s more than bitter sweet. For the past six months, I have been completing physical therapy at this facility and the level of service I recieved was impeccable. Every single staff member, from the front desk to Dr. Spiaggia, was kind, attentive and compassionate. I can not begin to thank Dr. Moshenberg as well as Jen and Leah. They literally helped me walk and eventually run again after my Achilles surgery. Dr. Mosh as well as the other staff members showed consistent dedication and genuine care every single visit. I can not thank them enough. Not to mention they had flexible hours and was able to work around my complex work schedule. Six months ago I hopped my way into physical therapy with crutches and tomorrow I will be jumping and running my way out the door. I would recommend them over any other physical therapy facility!

I cannot begin to express what a wonderful and special place this is. When my 11 year-​old son tore his hamstring at an ice hockey tournament and was told he had 4 to 6 weeks of physical therapy ahead of him, he was beyond devastated. Then we called Performance Rehabilitation and Integrated Medicine. Teri was so helpful in answering all of our questions and scheduling our initial appointment. In speaking with her, I was immediately impressed, but did not yet realize what a special place PR&IM would become to us. When we walked through the door on JD’s first day of physical therapy, we were greeted with smiles and kindness by everyone. Dr. Moshenberg was awesome right from the start. He is a skilled and knowledgeable doctor, but he also made coming to physical therapy fun. JD loved working with Dr. Mosh, and soon started looking forward to coming to physical therapy. He stopped feeling sorry for himself and complaining about not being able to play hockey, because he knew he had so many people in his corner trying to help him get better.
Over the next six weeks (3 times per week), Dr. Mosh and everyone else who worked with JD (Dr. Crawford, Yas, Raj, and Jen) helped him get stronger and feel better. Cathy’s encouraging hugs and Dr. Spiaggia stopping by to check in and talk hockey always put a smile on his face. The focus was on healing JD’s hamstring, but through everyone’s caring and kindness they lifted his spirits as well.
JD returned to his first ice hockey game exactly six weeks after his injury, and did amazing. He did so only because of the phenomenal team at Performance Rehabilitation and Integrated Medicine. There has been no other experience that comes close to comparing to the one we received here. The degree to which this practice cares about their patients is exceptional. The good they do in helping people like my son is extraordinary. When JD rang the discharge bell, as happy as he was that he was better, he was sad to leave his Performance Rehab family behind. Through hugs and high fives he left a little teary eyed. They were quick to point out, however, that you don’t need to be hurt to stop by for a visit. We will certainly hold them to that!

OMG! Dr. Spiaggia and his crew are amazing! They are great at what they do and are very caring about their patients. The staff seems like family and they let you, the patient, feel like part of the family.
Dr. Mosh took great care of me. He always understood my body and its issues. I would leave every treatment feeling taken care of properly.
Dr. Mejia is a professional and caring doctor. He spends as much time needed with this patients to make them feel comfortable with their procedures. Highly recommended. He also has great suport staff!

Absolutely amazing! It does not get better than this place! The physicians, nurses, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, to overall staff and personnel go above and beyond! My mother is a 63 year old tailor by trade and had chronic issues with tendinitis and received a PRP injection– after a few weeks she is able to work with no pain! Everyone there is extremely attentive and personable. The treatments are specific to you and your condition and isn’t a factory mill. They actually do care! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here!

Ron is the best.
I literally walked in this place and felt like pdiddy every single time. The staff was so sweet — and all knew my name after just a few weeks of going. I only had to do PT for 4 weeks and ALL my symptoms went away! Praising Gods handy work through the work of these people!
If need be that I will ever need PT again I will be sure to go here — I drove 40 minutes each way, because I knew I was in trusted hands.
