We used them for a number of years for basic lawn irrigation, you know turning the system on and then blowing out the lines in the fall… fix a few heads… etc. This work was fine — no complaints at all. However, about four years ago we had them put in a system that pulled water from the lake behind out house. This was a total disaster. The lines kept clogging up, the zones would go on and off intermittently or all go on together. Worst of it was at one point they told us that the pump they put in the lake now had to be replaced at a cost of $ 2000. This was after we paid almost double that amount to put the system in the first place. I placed many calls to the owner about remediating the situation but he failed to return any calls and failed to reply to e mails or to the registered letter that we sent them. So for simple stuff, sure call them… but if you have a system that requires care and attention — go elsewhere. I can put up with mistakes but when they ignore you repeatedly… and their technicians even told me that the system they put in could have been done much better — you know you went to the wrong place.
