Description

Specialties

Dive Bar with great burgers, broasted chicken, and nightly specials. Taco Tuesday, Burger Wednesday, Steak Thursdays, Chicken Fried Steak Fridays. Great entertainment on weekends; schedule of events on website. Great small town atmosphere. If you’re looking for fancy, look elsewhere.

History

Established in 2012.

Known as «Sportsman’s River Lodge» for many years, this place has a storied history of great things and not so great things. Buck’s plan is to revive the old greatness of being a famous place to enjoy some cold beer, stiff drinks, good food, and adult fun while retaining the old «dive» bar atmosphere… all the while keeping it clean, friendly, and comfortable.

Meet the Business Owner

Buck B.

Business Owner

Buck became well known locally for his DJ and Karaōke skills, throwing some of the best small town style parties in Nebraska. Taking his connections with people in the music business, and experience in the entertainment field to Buck’s has enabled them to bring some world class talent to their little dive by HWY 92. There’s always something fun happening on weekends. We’ve featured Nashville recording artists like Ray Scott, Dustin Evans, an Heath Wright of Ricochet, Red Dirt artists, like Cody Jinks, Chad Sullins, Blues from Dustin Pittsley, Traditional Country artists Whitey Morgan, Hellbound Glory, and local icons like Brad Cordle and Hector Anchondo… When a touring band isn’t in the house, the karaōke with Gonzo is always entertaining.
