History

Established in 2010.

We are a family run, local small business in Crossroads Mall in Waterloo. Our customers are our «lively-​hood» and our customer service reflects that. When you come into the shop, not only do you get greeted with a smile and a cheerful «hi» but you get personal service and we try to make everyone feel like they are part of our family!

We also offer shipping for our «out-​of-​town» customers on our Facebook page. And those customers still get the «personal» customer service as they would if they came in the shop. They are just as important to us!

Meet the Manager

Pam, Danielle, Cindy.

Manager

Pam originally started this business out of her house and eventually had to expand. She brought in Danielle, her daughter, to manage the business as it started to grow. And eventually, along came Cindy, her sister, to help manage the business as asst. manager. The business has grown and grown over the last 3 years and will grow and grow as the years go on with these girls at the helm!
