Fast response time, very professional service from the tech Jason, and reasonable rates. Will definitely use them again.

Their work is actually pretty good it seems, used them 3 times and they were in and out and fixed my problems. However I don’t trust them. My water heater and boiler are around 2 years old and i’ve NEVER had problems with them. I hire De Rouins to do an annual inspection on my boiler, next week the blower goes out. Have them come fix it for a large price tag, the next DAY my water heater goes out. Call me paraniod, but that’s just too coincidental. I should have supervised them to make sure they weren’t damaging my stuff.
