I expected much more from a Nail Salon. I was not pleased with my nails, and even though I had an appointment there was a bit of a wait. My Mother in Law did enjoy her pedicure and it was done very well. Not the place for me, but maybe I didn’t pick the right technician.

Worst Nail salon ever. The Staff were extremely rude and barked orders at me. I was quoted one price and when I went to pay the price had double. The manager would not honor the price I was quoted. The male nail technician basically called me a liar. I will never, eve go back. I’m extremely disappointed, I was looking for a place I could be a regular.

Really liked this place! They were quick, but not sloppy. Even with a wait I was in and out in less than an hour. I got a full set of acrylics and gel polish. All in all it ended up costing $ 50. Not bad at all. Andy was friendly and the shop was clean. Will be going back!

Not the best nail salon. Got a pedicure and asked for the top one and they barely massaged my legs. Then got a shellac manicure and they just cut my nails and did not shape them. So they look a bit off and they were not exactly friendly.

Nails Lovida is awesome! Very nice nails salon. I’m from Southern California and it’s been quite difficult finding a salon comparable to the ones back home. This salon is in my top 5 fave of all time :). Kathy did an excellent job on my nails. I will definitely be back. I suggest making an appointment, I think this may be the best salon in town!

UPDATE: my toe is so badly infected, I’m going to urgent care as soon as they open today. Still cannot walk normally or put pressure on my toe without crazy amounts of pain. Posting a picture if you want an idea of how bad it is. If you’re going to use their services, DONOT let them cut your cuticles or trim ingrown toenails as obviously their methods are awful and utensils not sterile!!!

The owner was extremely rude to me when I asked him to give me the«stiletto» shape. He filed my acrylics until they were paper thin and he was so rude that I didn’t have him paint them because I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave… he still charged me $ 35 and that was for a fill and to file them. They all broke off within a day because of how thin they were.

Great place with a very little wait! Had a wonderful experience with my tech. She was really helpful in selecting my colors and was very attentive to the detail.

Great place, been trying to find a good nail salon since I moved here from California. I’ve had a couple different workers do my nails and both were fast and efficient. Not to mention painless, since I’m picky when they make my fingers bleed. Never had that issue with them. Also clean and reasonable prices!

Best place in town to get your nails done. Very clean and orderly. Nice massage chairs for pedicures and décor is updated and mainstream. Staff is very nice and friendly. Only downside is that the store is small so if it’s busy the wait may be long. Prices are very reasonable. It cost me $ 33 for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I will certainly be using this salon in the future.

This is the worst nail place I have ever been. I got a manicure during which the woman barked orders at me. The hand massage(if you could even call it that) lasted less than 5 seconds and then I had to go wash the lotion off of my hands? My nails looked like I had painted them myself. Would not recommend. The cost was $ 15.

Last pedicure here was painful. It felt like she ran a knife under my nail. I have now become kind of stern and rude at nail salons. I’ll probably still come back but sheesh! Also went for an eyebrow wax a few days ago and they wanted me to come back in an hour! Generally id shop then come back, but sometimes I have to feed the husband.

I am a nail technician myself, on vacation in NY and trying to call around to find an awesome place to do my nails. Since this place is the highest rated, I naturally called them first. Here is how my conversation went: ME– Hi! I’m interested in getting a pedi at your salon today and was just wondering if you had jets in your pedicure stations or if they were pipeless(aka they don’t circulate the water through pipes so that they are more sanitary) and also wondering how you clean your pedicure stations? HER– Oh God. *silence* ME– hello? HER– Anything else? ME– super confused at this point so I repeat my question HER– That is private information. Anything else? Then she proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. I am literally SHOCKED. As a fellow nail tech, it seems ridiculous is that if you have good sanitation, you wouldn’t want to brag to the world about it. Even if she wasn’t extremely rude to me on the phone, based on that«private information» comment, I would never, ever, ever, ever go here.

A manicurist who does excellent work and can provide the perfect amount of non-intrusive conversation is a gift from heaven! Alex did an amazing job on my gel manicure and I will definitely be back. I’m glad to have found this place after a terrible experience at Casablanca Nails.

This is the so much better than the other place I went to in watertown. Excellent massage chairs, very sweet staff, meticulously clean, relaxing ambiance. I will absolutely be back.

Probably the best shellac gel polish manicure I’ve had to date. The lady doing my nails was very nice, professional, and helpful. I let her play around with the color/design & my nails turned out great. The inside of the place was clean, modern, and they had tons of colors to choose from. I will come back here again for sure. Having just moved to Watertown, NY, I am pleased to say I have already found my new nail salon!

I came to this place as the result of a Unilocal search. I called prior to arriving to see if there were any availabilities and scheduled an appointment. The salon was quiet, clean, and welcoming. The technician was a pleasure to talk to and did an excellent job. My only drawback was that it seemed like the colors of nail polish was pretty limited but all in all it was a good find!
