On the fence with giving this place ¾ because its nice due to the store connected to it and what not but it falls short on selection and prices as a liquor store. I prefer other stores but this one is just convenient for many reasons. Serves its purpose.

Only getting a 3 spot from me because of the selection and convenience of getting in and out. Otherwise it would only get a 2. There is plenty of parking and a good selection. However, many of the worker’s there don’t seem to know what sales they currently have going on. I have on multiple occasions seen something wrung up wrong and then proved the price to them with a sign only to be charged the more expensive price because the sale has «expired». Any establishment knows that if it is listed for a price, you honor that price. On top of that, when you advertise something as popular as bud light, don’t run out of it then give me a funny look like I am requesting some imported brew from Scandinavia. Also if you use a bank card they almost force you to use it as debit even if you want to use it as credit.

The «older”/mature gentleman was definitely behind the counter as a previous reviewer had indicated. The selection wasn’t great BUT they had some of my personal favorites in the refrigerated section. Their cold New World wines we re $ 1-​$ 3 cheaper than at other places, so I was excited about that.

They moved into their new location across the street so the place is much larger now and therefore has a better selection.
The people that work here are friendly and the prices are reasonable so check it out!

I have been to Vahey’s several times since I wrote off Ricci’s. There is always an older gentleman there at the counter, and he is always friendly. I give them the 4th star for always keeping Newcastle 22’s and Guinness can 8 packs in stock. The prices are good as well and there is plenty of parking.
