Our cannoli are made fresh for every order. You will see a sample of each size shell in the display case but none are filled with cannoli cream untill they are ordered. You can get as many cannoli as your heart disires with no soggy shells. Our cannoli cakes with strawberries are a big hit with our customers but these must be pre-ordered in advance. Scuteri’s Pizza is available on most Saturday’s.
History
Established in 2008.
Our little shop was opened in August 2008 but Vince’s Mother used to sell these Cannoli off her porch (now current shop location) as far back as 1971. Scuteri’s owned 4th Street Deli and a garage behind it that Scuteri’s pizza were sold in. They moved uptown to the restaurant in 1978. Rich & Betty Scuteri retired in 1997 closing Scuteri’s Pizzeria. At that time the Restaurant building was sold to Jerlando (No recipes were sold). Scuteri’s Cannoli were brought back in 2000 when Vince Scuteri started making them for Troop 2000 Boy Scouts to sell at the Italian Festival in Watkins Glen. Two of Vince & Bonnie’s sons were members of the troop. In 2007 Vince & Bonnie traveled to the Feast of San Gennaro with their cannoli starting a new life as cannoli vendors to many festivals in the area. In 2008 they opened «Scuteri’s Cannoli Connection» on the remodeled porch of their home selling Cannoli & Italian pastries. Since January of 2011 you can now get Scuteri’s Pizza there on most Saturdays.

Business Owner
Vincent is the youngest son of Richard & Betty Scuteri (former owners of Scuteri’s Pizzeria Restaurante Italiano in Watkins Glen, NY) Vincent has continued the Scuteri tradition by making the secret Cannoli recipe for Scuteri’s Cannoli Connection. Vince is married to Co-owner Bonnie Merrill-Scuteri and they have four children and 3 grand children. Vince also works for Cargill Salt of Watkins Glen in the maintenance dept. He is the committee chair for BSA Troop 2000 of Montour Falls, NY and attends Faith Baptist Chapel in Gang Mills, NY.
