Specialties
Our Café and Brew Pub share a menu of housemade specialities from predominately locally sourced ingredients and feature Rooster Fish Brewing craft ales and NYS Wines.
History
Established in 1990.
The Wildflower Café was established in 1990 by Doug Thayer. It has always been a restaurant that places importance on quality ingredients and house-made specialities.
In 1998 the adjoining building was established as The Crooked Rooster Pub– same owner, same menu, same staff as the Wildflower Café– just a Pub atmosphere. The two dining rooms are connected in the front of the building.
In 2004 Doug brewed his first batch of Original Dark Nut Brown Ale and thus was born Rooster Fish Brewing. The craft ales were brewed in the pub for years until the demand out grew the space– Rooster fish Brewing is now located at the North end of the same block as the Wildflower Crooked Rooster– tasting flights, pints, and growlers are available at both locations.
The Wildflower Crooked Rooster features Finger Lakes Wines, Rooster Fish Brewing Craft Ales, Finger Lakes Distillery spirits in our specialty cocktails, house-made lunch and dinner menu items, home made desserts, and locally roasted coffee.
