History

Established in 2004.

I received my real estate license in 2004. Since then I have received my broker’s license, instructor license and school license. I have earned several top producing awards, certification, leadership positions and designations. The most important designation for me is the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) in order to best represent my fabulous clients with their real estate needs!

Shavon Echols is an Associate Broker, Coach and Mentor at Greater Athens Properties. She is also the owner and director of Shavon School of Real Estate where she teaches Sales and Brokers pre-​license courses plus several other courses.
