We are Realtors who specialize in traditional sales, foreclosures, short sales, and new construction with a focus on residential (condos, townhomes, and single family detached) and land.

Justin Woodall began in real estate as an individual agent in 2004. By providing top notch service to his clients, the business grew. Today, he operates with a team of individuals, each specializing in a particular role of the real estate transaction and all working toward a common goal.

Justin Woodall began his real estate career in 2004 after graduating from the University of Georgia and working a few years in industry. By providing great service and RESULTS, the business has grown so that he now operates a team of individual specialists who each handle certain aspects of the real estate transaction. This allows him to help even more families and provide better service. He has received numerous sales awards, the team consistently ranks among the top 10 teams in the Southeastern US Region for Keller Williams Realty and he is among the top 1% of agents in production in Athens.
