Everything all the other Unilocalers said is right on. Erica had her work cut out for herself with me… but she took her time, explained what she was doing and was very kind. The other operator was equally attentive to her client.
She is a Watsonville girl, went away but came back to home town. Gotta love that! All the best success ladies!

I was told that this place has been here for more than a year. Where have I been? I just noticed it. I was going to Capitola mall to get my eyebrows done, but going there is a little far for me now. It’s a really cute place. I was helped my Noemi and she just did a terrific job. I will be going to Noemi again next time. Great prices!

Second time in there on Monday. Erica worked on my eyebrows and she was great! Not only did she remember me but she said my eyebrows were easy to work on. Now I’ve had my eyebrows done other places and it hurt, they cut me called my eyes fat so this was a compliment from her! She was polite, quick and friendly.
The shop was clean and well organized. Felt very inviting and not seedy like some shops you go to. I will continue going back even though I live in Aptos and highly recommend this place and ask for Erica you won’t be sorry!

I’ve been coming to Erica for a few months now. Her work is amazing. Her shop is clean organized and very welcoming. Found this place through Unilocal and I’m so glad I did! I was in dire need of getting my eyebrows done and I wanted to try threading (waxing irritates my skin). My eyebrows were uneven so she explained to me what she was going to do to fix them and began. It hurt a little at first but nothing too bad (and I have a very low pain tolerance) and I got used to it. It only took about 30 minutes for her to shape them and even them out. I am SO in love with my eyebrows! They have never looked this good! It was only $ 13 for her to shape and thread them. I will definitely be coming back here!

Went there last week after driving by and noticing the sign (threading? In Watsonville? No more driving over the hill? Sc places are just ok.) and there was a short wait so I headed to my favorite fruiteria a few shops down. The owner (I think) said she’d remember me when I got back and held my place. Anyhow, the was the GENTLEST threading I have EVER had in my life. I’ve had many o’ threading torture sessions done so I appreciate the soft touch and ability to not skin my eyes! She was detail oriented and thorough with her efforts. My eyebrows look great. Actually a little thinner than I prefer but I failed to tell her «not too thin.» It’s my fault. I just used a little filler and they are fine. The arch is perfect. I’ll definitely be back and recommend Bibi’s to my friends. I hope this business thrives. Thank you.
