Linda, Linda, you are amazing! My husband and I planned our wedding from afar (well, Sacramento to Santa Cruz), and Linda helped make our dreams come true! We planned a Sunday wedding in 3.5 months and everything we wanted in décor and design was beyond breathtaking thanks to Linda and her team.
Steve and I had a particular look and feel in mind. We wanted romance at the ceremony (Lighthouse Point, a bluff overlooking the ocean) and a lounge-​y fun party for the reception (The Dream Inn). Linda was extremely familiar with both locations and came up with fabulous ideas to help us create what we wanted within our budget. From the chandelier arch to the day bed-​style lounge benches, to the uplighting we weren’t sure we needed but FOR SURE loved when we saw it, to the hip cocktail rounds, we loved every bit of it.
I had many MANY questions and changes throughout the planning and Linda was patient, kind, and extremely punctual with her responses.
If I were to change one thing, it would have been my awareness of the placing of the arch and chairs for the ceremony at the Lighthouse Point park (something I didn’t even think to ask). The day before our wedding, there was another wedding at the same spot, and their set-​up was very close to the railing along the ocean and public sidewalk (facing the Boardwalk) which I believe prevented the public from walking behind the arch during their wedding (not sure if that was an Eventscapes wedding). The next day at our wedding, our set-​up was farther back and facing about 45 degrees to the right of the Boardwalk) and we had dozens of people in the background of our ceremony and photos. OF COURSE, this isn’t Eventscapes’ problem, it is a public park. Just a thought for brides planning to use the same venue. :)

I loved working with Linda at Eventscapes! She was so friendly and helpful, and I never felt like she was trying to up-​sell me décor or talk me into something I didn’t want. She was so knowledgeable about area vendors, and so easy to get in contact with!
Eventscapes provided gold Chiavari chairs, gold chargers, and café lights for our wedding. I’ll admit I became a bit obsessed with Chiavari chairs while scouring Pinterest for wedding ideas, and they are the main reason I went looking for an event rentals company. I don’t regret my choice at all! The chairs and chargers looked elegant! And the café lights not only were magical in person, they look fantastic in pictures. Eventscapes worked with my venue for set-​up and takedown, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding.
I would definitely highly recommend hiring Eventscapes for your event!

Jeff at Eventscapes really helped to make our wedding vision a reality! He definitely knows what he’s doing and is able to offer excellent input and suggestions when it comes to event design. There were several times when Jeff came to the rescue through out our wedding planning process. He was quick to find effective solutions that were well thought-​out and extremely helpful. Per Jeff’s suggestion, we had a variety of parasols available for guests due to the very warm weather. The parasols ended up being a huge hit and really added to the ambiance of the day. Jeff’s crew was also extremely professional during set-​up and break-​down. We definitely would recommend Eventscapes to anyone looking to add some high-​quality flair to their next event!

Eventscapes has very complete packages, but mostly cater to extravagant over the top wedding styles. If you want a light show, purples, pinks, loud bright drapery, 50,000 choices for table decorations, drapery, etc. they can hook it up. Unfortunately, we were looking for a more simplistic minimal elegant style. With that said, the lighting, drapery, and hanging floral centerpiece for our wedding came out really good. Linda was great to work with and very professional, her communication was always thorough and on point. Didn’t agree with having to purchase the hanging centerpiece because they could probably have used this again as a rental for another customer. Great choice and lots of options, where there are not that many other companies on this side of the hill.

Eventscapes provided such beautiful décor for our wedding! The hotel’s ballroom and patio were transformed into a phenomenal space with uplighting and gorgeous chiffon drapery on the trellis above the garden veranda. (It gave our ceremony space a true «wedding» feel.)
Moreover, owner Linda Robinson and her staff were very thorough, friendly, and attentive to detail. Linda is a true professional who provides excellent communication in the months leading up to a big event. Overall, Eventscapes is worth the price, as they are true experts in the field. We have highly recommended Linda and her company’s services to our family and friends!

We used Eventscapes for our high school prom and loved their service. Linda, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful and was a delight to work with. The decorations were outstanding and classy. The clean up crew was fast and efficient. We highly recommend their service for any future event.

Eventscapes helped my high school turn the warriors basketball stadium in downtown Santa Cruz into a beautiful PROM venue. Linda is great to work with and very helpful with her creativity.

Noelle and Eventscapes were awesome during our October 2013 wedding! We used Noelle as our wedding coordinator and Eventscapes also did our flowers.
Noelle was amazing and talked me (the bride) of the ledge a few times. Noelle was great from the very beginning. She was able to handle my father better than most, and was able to make it clear to all parties involved that it was our wedding. This was a relief and helped so much. Noelle was able to offer suggestions for other vendors, the DJ (DJ Matt Riley) she recommended was so much fun. We also were able to discuss etiquette questions with her, which was great for us.
Noelle attended most meetings with our site coordinator, and was also present to help choose the linens so we could then coordinate flowers.
Noelle makes things happen. Eventscapes was able to replicate a bouquet I saw in a magazine as well as the flowers my jr. bridesmaids carried.
Over all this was one of the best choices we made! If you go with Eventscapes ask for Noelle!

Eventscapes transformed a moose lodge into a steamy fire and ice themed prom night for the Santa Cruz derby girls. It was a hit!

We had our daughters wedding at our home. I wanted it to be special so we hired Eventscapes to decorate. Linda and her husband came to our house, took pictures, and listened to our ideas. Within a few days we had an estimate and a plan. Linda was great responding to all my emails and questions. About a month before the wedding we had a meeting to iron out the remaining details. The day of the wedding they were here to set up early. They transformed our deck and eating area into more than we had imagined. The flowers were fabulous, the paper lanterns were spectacular and the tables were gorgeous. Our guests were very impressed. The next morning we went out for brunch and when we came home everything was gone and cleaned up. We feel very fortunate to have found Eventscapes!

Noelle at Eventscapes is amazing!!! I have to admit that they are incredibly expensive and the fact that we didn’t get to see anything before the event was slightly unnerving, but everything came our perfect. Noelle was the only vendor that responded immediately to emails and was very patient and accommodating. The decorations were everything they promised and more, the set up and take down went seamless and made my life super easy. If you can afford it use Eventscapes they are worth every penny especially Noelle!

I hired Eventscapes for the flowers, décor and day-​of coordinating. I was more than pleased with how our wedding turned out and I am grateful to have worked with Linda and Noelle.
My first meeting with Linda, who designed the décor and flowers, seemed to last forever… mainly because I was so indecisive. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and Linda took the time to show, and re-​show, me examples of the options. On the wedding day, everything arrived on time and looked absolutely perfect. The ceremony site was beautiful… simple and romantic. The reception room was absolutely amazing! The ceiling and tables glowed and the linens and centerpieces were perfect. Linda helped me plan exactly what I was envisioning and I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful wedding.
Noelle successfully took all of the planning I had done over the previous 6 months and brought it together on our wedding day. I felt confident giving up all control over how the day progressed after all of my hard work. Noelle made sure I was on schedule, everything flowed smoothly, and she quickly dealt with the small issues which arose… such as the reception room being too hot and a few «No» RSVPs showing up. She was very professional the entire day but also calm and relaxed. After the wedding, my husband commented that he felt like Noelle could have easily just been one of our guests… she just fit in to the party. She was always close by if I needed her but wasn’t overly present.
Between Linda and Noelle, they created the perfect wedding for my husband and I.

I worked with Linda from Eventscapes for my wedding in October. Linda was great and she really helped me bring my ideas to life! They have everything you need and more, which is why our 1^st price quote was a little over our budget :-) but Linda worked back and forth with us to lower the number down until we got everything we wanted in our budget! Noelle from Eventscapes took my vision and made it a reality. She was more than helpful and very responsive throughout my 2 year wedding planning process. When it came time for our day in June 2012 at Leal Vineyards, Noelle was there bright and early assisting with the setup. She really made me comfortable and trust that she could take care of my every wish.
I high recommend Eventscapes for all even décor. They covered all my rental items such as linens, centerpieces, furniture and floral. There was not one detail she missed and she even managed to fit it into my budget.
Very happy with Noelle and Eventscapes service and would highly recommend them to friends and family for wedding or any party.

Noelle was so helpful and professional helping us with our son’s bar mitzvah party on 2÷25÷2012. She transformed a social hall into a nightclub. As the party goers entered the room, there were loud «oohs and aahs.» The VIP room created on stage offered the kids privacy, a place to hang out in and the ultimate party room! It was wonderful!

Linda was amazing during the entire wedding planning process! She had great ideas that I would have never thought of and the end result was breathe taking. I would totally recommend Eventscapes to anyone who needs an event planning company that handles everything! Their prices were neither outrageous nor cheap but for handling everything including flowers for our wedding I would have to say the prices were reasonable. Their prices for flowers were even cheaper then the local florists. I am so happy we choose to use Eventscapes they made our special day unforgettable!!!

Eventscapes donated over $ 2,500 in plants to our non profit event promoting healthy living and getting kids back outside. (Monterey Bay Youth Outdoor Day) They delivered and set up the day before our event and then was back after the event for pick up. Jeff and one employee were on time and worked hard to deliver excellent service. I have now seen or participated in several events where Eventscapes has decorated and every time I have been impressed. I cant wait to recommend them to another client or use them again myself.

I had a great experience working with Noelle at Eventscapes. She was professional, helpful, and they did exactly everything they said they were going to. Of all the things we did for the wedding, all the vendors we worked with, Eventscapes was the only one that went 100% to plan. Noelle was always very quick to respond via email, they were totally on-​time with set up and take-​down and the staff were great.
We knew we needed some help decorating the room our reception would be held in, and we didn’t know where to begin. Our caterer (Kim Hansen of Kimberly’s Catering) suggested contacting Eventscapes. When we first met with Noelle I was so overwhelmed by all the stuff they *can* do… seeing photos of amazing events and the incredible way they can transform rooms… I was impressed but I didn’t think it was for us. We had a modest budget and only wanted modest decorations. Noelle made some suggestions and sent us a quote. I knew it was going to be pricey and we immediately knew we couldn’t do everything. Some things, like the ceiling draping, proved to be out of our budget. But Noelle cheerfully amended and added and changed it up until we had what we needed at the price we could swallow. We ended up getting uplights and palms for the room and just those made a huge difference. Eventscapes also provided a bamboo structure for the ceremony and an aisle runner (beach wedding? You need an aisle runner with a sold base underneath — no, really. You don’t want to fall on your face walking down the aisle). They also did the dancefloor and a set of couches with a side table with sand and shells under glass.
We sourced our flowers through Eventscapes and I simply loved them. I had very little interest in using flowers as decorations, but Noelle said we could get the bouquets and boutonnieres through them and pointed out some photos of bouquets that went with our casual beachy theme. I never really gave the flowers any more thought (except that I was surprised by how inexpensive they were when we saw the quote). Then when I saw the bouquet on the day of the wedding, I was blown away. The flowers were GORGEOUS. I also added an additional bouquet pretty late in the planning and they were able to get it done.
They also do event coordination, from day-​of to a planning package. In retrospect, I wish I had just contacted them 6 months before the wedding and had them run the whole show. It would have saved me and the Mr. a lot of grief!

Eventscapes did the lighting, decorations and flowers for my wedding reception and ceremony at the St. Claire Hotel in San Jose on 5÷21÷2011. Everything turned out absolutely wonderful and beautiful!!! The flowers for the ceremony and centerpieces were absolutely perfect and gorgeous! Everyone kept talking about how lovely they turned out. We had a perfect mixture of lighting in our ball room, everything looked magically! The table settings were perfect and the candles I could not have been a happier bride!
I also worked with Noelle throughout the entire process she is sweet, patient and comes up with the best ideas! She has wonderful taste and knows what looks good! My fiancé and I ran into some money troubles and Noelle was able to wonderfully work with our budget and give us everything we wanted. They also seem to have everything you could want for your wedding or an event! I would highly recommend Eventscapes to everyone!
I am so thankful for them and for Noelle!
