Established in 2000.

Kim has been decorating cakes since 1998, and began business within a small ice cream & frozen yogurt shop by the name of «The Scoop». Since then she has worked for other bakeries and moved on to working from her home studio/​office. This helps in order to keep costs low to our clients. I’ve been working as a cake designer nearly 12+ years. I’m married to my soul mate who is also my delivery/​baking assistant. And we also have two beautiful children who try to lend a helping hand. Our company is a family owned & opreated business. It consists of mysel, my husband, daughter, mother, father & my brother. My two year old son is our taster. We’ve officially opend Let Them Eat Cake in January 2010, but have been in business previously as Sweet Creations (When we were apart of «The Scoop») for a total of 10 years.
