Inhale Hookah Lounge

Nah… I felt like in someone’s basement. Service is okay. Owner was there. He though he made best hookah. Smoking for 15 years, so yeah hookah was so so. Place need updates. Dirty and guess just locals go there. I don’t think I would ever come back.

I’ve been to a few different hookah places, and this is one of my least favorites. It’s kind of dumpy on the inside (there are 2 TVs… ours wasn’t on for some reason) and very dark. It’s an open area (other places I have been to you get your own spot that is a little more secluded). They were playing pop music in the background and there were a bunch of younger, rowdier people. The bathroom is definitely sketchy. No food, no alcohol, and limited beverages to choose from.
As far as the hookah goes, it was $ 12/​person. That’s a little more than other places I have been to. I will say that the guy working there was very attentive after we got the hookahs and gave us each our own hookah (he said it would be about the same as if we all shared one). However, we really didn’t need that. Some of the girls complained that their hookah was a little harsh. The flavor was alright.
It wouldn’t be my first pick to go back to, but not horrific.

Great service and very friendly staff. The hookah is really good. They have a wide variety of flavored and fruit bowls as well. Worth checking out!

It is rare when a hookah lounge exceeds my expectations, but this one does! It is a great place to go and chill with friends and the owner is always welcoming. If you haven’t been here yet, give it a shot — you will not be disappointed!

Tried going here since the hours on their answering machine said 12pm to 2am and Google search said the same as well. Wanted to get some early hookah in. No one there. Took a taxi out there to go to. Waste of a taxi ride.

Fun place. There aren’t a lot of choices of activities between1am-​4am this far from Chicago, especially that don’t involve drinking or being irresponsible. This was a great place to kick back and catch up with an old friend, albeit on a sofa that is located inside a hookah smoking establishment. The bathroom needs a redo for sure.

World’s worst petting zoo. Seriously, this place is for degenerate high schoolers and lost souls. The hookah was really terrible flavors, but I guess you get what you pay for. People acting like animals all over the place. You could not pay me to use the bathroom there, filthy dirty. The space is small, not well ventilated (smoke everywhere, cigarette smoke, too) and I came home smelling like I had rolled around in burning garbage. The couches were gross, the people next to us were crossing the line between killing each other and having sex on the couch, it was very weird. I would say only go here if you like looking at Affliction shirts and places that look like you could get a back-​alley abortion.

To me a traditional hookah lounge is somewhere there are lots of people, there are pillows and lots of sitting on the floor. They usually go one of two ways, very Mediterranean/​middle eastern or some weird form of 90’s head shop hosting a rave gone bad. This one being the latter. The place is dingy, not well ventilated for a hookah lounge, there are these old cheap chairs, tile floors and particle wood panelling for walls. There is one really bad graffiti piece that i could not get over. i just couldn’t believe a business owner would let someone do that i their establishment. it was so tacky. The music was more for some high school burn outs. It was a horrible mix of boy band meets faux ska punk and was blaring over the speakers and continuously skipping. the most annoying thing when you are trying to have a conversation. I can say though, that the owner said he just opened and is remodeling next month, and he does have really clean smooth hookahs. Great flavors and the owner was really hospitable and such a nice guy. I will check back in a couple if months to see how the remodeling has changed the ambience.
