The reviews seem very accurate even though I never got to eat. It seems like they do not have enough staff and a special is not a special if everything is ala carte and once everything is added back in equals to the original price

NEVER GOING BACK! I stopped by for a late dinner and was very disappointed!
1. waitress failed to acknowledge I was even there for 20 min
2. cocktails were way under poured
3. food was just terrible and very bland
4. waitress actually left while I was still eating, before she could even give me my bill
5. BATHROOMS WERE FILTY!!!

Not sure what all the negativity is about– this is a solid enough place with great weeknight specials that will be kind to your wallet.
The $ 7 Weds special that I ordered (all dinners on the menu are $ 7) was quite good, and knocked the socks off similar sandwiches that I recently paid more than double that for.
Service was a little slow, but I wasn’t in a hurry so I just enjoyed my $ 3 beer and did some people watching.
Décor is a little dated but who goes to a sports bar expecting it to be anything but a Man-​Cave inside?
I feel it’s worth a try if you are in the area.

I’m also surprised at the negative comments. First off — it’s a bar with a chalkboard that has a variety of meals. Forget the menus, just order from the chalkboard specials. The food is good, the prices are super cheap and the service is good. We are regulars — beats the heck out of cooking and the $ 1. feature beers are good too! If we want a high-​end, nice evening out — we go elsewhere. If we want a casual meal that is good, reasonably priced and to have fun with the friendly staff — this is where we go. Check out the Fish Fry (baked, broiled, or blackened included) on Fridays. It’s a great deal and they will feed you well.

Been there numerous times over last few years. Great food prices. Great drink specials. All is good. Nothing fabulous. But good place to eat & drink with friends.

Family members brought us here. They boasted of the Saturday Rib special for $ 10. Full slab with choice of BBQ sauce or their Jack Daniels sauce. Also included is your choice of fries, baked potato or side salad.
First off is ambiance. The place has a dated nightclub feel. Stained wood but very aged. We met the other members of our group out on the patio. We sat at one table that was flimsy and decided to move to another table. The next table was fine but the chairs were not level.
Staff got our drinks right away and soon took our order. While we waited for the food my wife and 6 year old son played Bags in the open grass area. They had fun but when they came back to the table they said their hands smelled fowl.
Food came and looked amazing. I got the ribs with BBQ sauce and side salad. Wife got ribs with Jack Daniels sauce. Our son got a Cheeseburger. There was no kids menu but waitress told us she would charge us $ 5 instead of the regular price.
The ribs… BBQ sauce was borderline great but had a strong rum taste that made it off. It was very good though. My wife enjoyed the Jack Daniels sauce. The ribs them self were very meaty. That is where it ends. The meat itself was waterlogged to the point of being tasteless. The sauce helped but the actual meat flavor was terrible. My wife said the same exact thing. An 8 out of 10 on the sauce, 3 out of 10 on the actual quality.
Side dishes were good. Fries seemed to be freezer cut fries but they were really crispy and good. But they did have what appeared to be a Cajun seasoning on half of them. Our son did not like those fries. I did but it was not expected for regular fries. The side salad was good. Fresh produce and the Ranch tasted homemade and very tasty.
The servers were attentive. We had servers bring out food and extra sauces that did not belong to us or any others in the patio. Lots of confusion.
Bathrooms, because of their age, came across as disgusting. No dividers at urinals. Ceramic wall tiles loose and dropped ceiling that looked like a Petrie dish of mold.
They did have TVs all over the inside which was nice for following the Cub’s game. But they did not have any out on the patio even though it was under roof.
Gnats and skeeters kept us fidgety. Get some insect control.
Then I saw the owner on our way out. This absolutely should not matter so I won’t proceed with remarks.

Only offered a buffet for dinner. It was awful. Sry bred. No salad dressing. $ 10. Only ate 3bites and left.

Went there w/​a friend for bloody marys on a recent Sunday. The coconut breaded shrimp w/​sweet & sour sauce (and side salad) was amazing, and my friend’s Mexican shrimp cocktail was great too. Generous portions for the cost, and great service.

We came here tonight on the recommendation of a family friend for the fish fry and needless to say it was a huge mistake.
First off was the fact that our friends were there 10 minutes before is and ordered and appetizer of chips and salsa. We were there almost 30 minutes before their appetizer of chips and salsa (which is clearly just tostitos salsa) finally came out (total of 40 minutes). Our waitress was totally clueless about side options for the fish fry and had no idea what beers the bar even had on tap.
After being there an hour we finally were able to order. All of us ordered the fish fry and we all picked one type of the fish being offered (choices were fried, broiled, grilled, or blackened). At this point it went further downhill. Our orders came out and only 2 out of the 4 orders were correct. To make matters worse, 3 out of 4 of our orders the fish was undercooked. When pointed out to the waitress our concerns were clearly not a big deal to her. Replacement fish was not the right type (broiled was given when it should have been grilled), and the fish was still undecooked. At that point the bus boy came over to explain that grilled fish was not possible because the type of fish served was too soft to support being grilled. The staff then provided grilled tilapia as a replacement which of course was served undercooked.
To further tarnish the experience was a trip to the bathroom. The stall I entered was missing a toilet seat, there was clearly boogers stuck to the wall, and there was missing tiles all over the bathroom. As reported by my wife, the women’s room was clearly not in any better shape.
Poor service, undercooked food, and a terrible atmosphere are the reason that if I could give this place zero stars I would. Oh and to the owner, it is completely inappropriate to walk around your restaurant with only 2 buttons of your button up shirt buttoned. I don’t care if it is your place, no one wants to look at that while trying to have enjoy their meal. I guess your lack of professionalism is reflected in the quality of your restaurant and the food you serve.

Been here several times. Cannot complain about the food or service. Remember that, not everyone is perfect everyday. Everyone gets a second chance.

First time and last time. First, women’s & men’s bathrooms are extremely disgusting and a tall tale sign of how the business is run. We should have left at that point. I asked if beer was cold — and tap beer was «cool» not «cold». Had the all you can eat shrimp. After 40 minutes received dinner order and it was overcooked and other order at table was wrong. The prices are cheap because the food is HORRIBLE! Worse, I became sick later that evening. Will NEVER be back! Health inspectors need to visit this restaurant and shut it down!

Great place, nice people who work here. Go see Marilda the «super bartender». She even has a cell phone cord if your phone runs low and you need one. 5 Stars!

Some of my aunts and uncles frequent this place and love it. The owner and most of the waitresses know them. The reason I’ve been to this restaurant so many times is simply because my aunts and uncles have invited me and my parents.
The first few times I’ve been here, it was decent enough. The last few times were less impressive.
–Well, this first one, was probably my fault. My whole family ordered alcoholic drinks, so I said decided to make a joke and said I wanted a «virgin Rum and Coke.» The waitress stared at me blankly and said, «that’s… just Coke.» I said, «Yeah, I was making a dumb joke. I just want a plain Coke, no ice, please.» She said okay. What does she bring me? A RUM and Coke WITH ice. I felt like it was my fault. So I drank it and paid for it.
That same visit, there was some kind of meat on special, like prime rib, and we asked them how many they had left. They said four. Our party had ordered four. The waitress only placed an order for three. When my aunt hadn’t received her prime rib with everyone else, se explained that since we only ordered three, the chefs cut thicker slices. We corrected her, stating that four of us had ordered the prime rib. She called the owner over. He offered a different entrée.
In the end, they charged us for only three of the special and charged my aunt’s at regular price. I think that if we ordered four of special and they mess up, they should have charged that fourth meal as the special.
–Another night, I had ordered the Tilapia and got sick afterwards. Although it tasted good, I haven’t had it since. Granted, it could have been something else. But I perfectly fine before dinner. Twenty minutes after eating the Tilapia, I had a stomach ache and threw up two hours later.
–My most recent visit, they had $ 3 ½ pound burgers. They didn’t list any exclusions, but it’s only a plain hamburger with lettuce and tomato on the side. Cheese is another dollar. The burger I got was NOT a ½ pound. It was a thin piece of meat and I had ordered it medium-​well, and what I got was pink in the middle and burned to a crisp on the outside. It was extremely hard and dry. I only ate half of it.
That same visit, we had ordered the loaded potato skins which are listed as an appetizer. They were $ 8 dollars and came out AFTER everything else. And there were only four. Maybe I go to Chili’s too much, but I expected a lot more than FOUR potato skins for EIGHT dollars.
In summary: the waitresses are hard to communicate with, the food quality is below par, and the prices are too high. I prefer the Golf Farm down the road! Their $ 3 Burgers Special include ALL the burgers on the menu. And the service is friendly, funny, and awesome!

Reading through these reviews, I am surprised at all the negative comments about the service. Every time I am here the service is fast and I am in and out of there. The servers are always nice and willing to help with everything.
The prices are unbelievable. I usually get the coconut shrimp (which is even better with the sauce they provide!!) or a California burger, but today I switched it up for Habenero Chicken and Ribs for 7 $.
Although it wasn’t spicy Like i was expecting, the flavor was still very good. The chicken was so tender and beautifully grilled and the ribs were falling off the bone! My family also likes to order the Zucchini Strips as an appetizer — absolutely delicious!
Yes, the portion sizes seem small. However, every time I go I can never finish everything and have to take some home! So it doesn’t make a difference. And yes, I hear some of the items family members of mine have ordered haven’t been great — but this place sells so much of so much variety, you can’t be great at everything! But I have never had a negative experience.
All in all, if you’re going for a high quality and fancy meal, this isn’t your place to go. But for cheaply priced bar food that still tastes yummy, this is definitely your place to go! Honestly, you just need to know what you’re getting.

Obviously a lot of variation in the reviews listed, so I’ll add a quick one. Went once, last night, with a group of 14. Excellent service, they even agreed to split the checks. I had a wrap, good, my partner had Greek chicken, good, we had one light beer and 3, 312 drafts.
The bill, pre tip, $ 17.26! I’m going back.

Two years of going to this place 2 – 3 times per week (yes, that is not a typo) has come to an inglorious end. The owner has proven to be too despotic for me to take anymore. After all, I had the audacity to complain to him about appetizers taking over an hour to come out of the kitchen. He accused me of not having any respect for him, never mind that it was me spending a lot of money in his restaurant over the past two years. Jose: enjoy your current success. The day will come when you will look around and wonder where all the customers went.

I came here with my family for the Wednesday special…25 cent wings and $ 3 burger (which did not specify that it was a certain burger … gave my family a confusion after we received our bill)
Once we were seated, we were given plates that were still dirty and had food stuck on them… this was a bad sign …
We then ordered about 20 pieces of bbq wings and 2 j & D burgers… as we were eating the wings… a certain batch of them were under cooked (picture to prove) …there were about 5 pieces that still had red to pink meat…
We let our waitress know, her face was just blank, she was very hard to read and speak to… she asked us if we wanted her to cook them again… and at that point we lost our appetite and just ask her to let the Chiefs know that they under cooked our chicken… she said ok with no apologies… as for the burgers… they were not tasty and dry… they ended up not being apart of the special which our waitress did not inform us nor were there any exclusion signs… so they were $ 8 instead of $ 3…
When we asked for our check a different waitress that was very friendly approached us about the chicken incident and offered to speak to her manager about it… she got him or her to give us $ 10 off our bill, but we weren’t sure if that was for the burger confusion or wings incident…
Usually when these types of incidents happen, I would at least like an apology from management, but he or she did not meet us.

Hate to be a pain… I really do, but I do not want any other family wanting to have a decent dinner, have a horrible experience that we did… then again, if you want really cheap food… I guess you can’t expect much???

This place is awesome. As soon as I walked in I noticed that there is a television in every corner of the bar. About 15 televisions total.
The bartender Jared was really nice & fast. He made the drinks exactly how they should be made & he made the experience here awesome.
The restaurant was very clean & even when they were very busy the service was still really good.
On Wednesdays the entire menu of food is $ 5 & they have a special $ 3 you call it on drinks.
I came here on a Wednesday & got a half a pound of crab legs & a half a pound of breaded shrimp for $ 5 each.
Overall this place is awesome. The restaurant was clean, the bartender was fast & friendly & the prices were awesome. I look forward to eating here again.

Very slow service. We walked aimlessly passed the hostess stand where no one was at into the bar we were never greeted. A decent amount of tvs. Had pool tables.
Food was below average. Servers were nice but very slow and it wasn’t cuz it was busy. Sadly don’t think we will be going back.
