Mike’s Towing Auto and Truck Repair specializes in the diagnosis and expert repair of all vehicles from your family car to heavy duty trucks. We do 24 hour 7 day a week towing & road side assistance (including holidays) as well. Lastly, we are an Illinois State Safety Inspection Lane and Diesel Emissions Test facility, and we accommodate trucks of all sizes.

History

Established in 1988.

Mike started his own auto repair and towing business out of his home in 1975! He decided to expand and move to Wauconda in 1988. Mike’s Towing has been serving Wauconda and the surrounding communities for 25 years in both repair and towing.

Business Owner

MIke has been a car and motorcycle afficionado for as long as he can remember. As a teenager, he took his passion and turned it into a trade. He began by working on friends’ and family members’ vehicles. Before he knew it, he had purchased his own home and begun an at-​home towing and repair business before the age of 21! As his success grew, he and his family decided to expand to Wauconda in 1988. They built their current location on Route 12 25 years ago and have since added on. Mike is still as passionate about cars and motorcycles as he once was, and feels blessed his business isw a place for him to utilize his gifts to earn a living.
