Performance Plus Roofing & Waterproofing

I called Adam the owner to come out from two different referrals to give us an estimate. He was there the same day, and very through in his evaluation of our 21 year old roof. He made suggestions for improvements, pointed out issues both inside our attic and outside on the roof and eves. What’s more important is that he did two things I want to mention that went above and beyond great service!!! First he noticed that my eve had a hold from a squirrel and sent someone over that day to patch it so they wouldn’t get into my attic, and second, he insisted that I get competitive bids and recommendations fro other roofers to compare his estimate and suggestions to. Wow thats really impressive. My neighbor just used him to do their Cedar Shake roof and said they were very efficient, priced fairly and even protected the attic by putting down plastic before removing the roof. They left the job site very clean and were on the job from start to finish without any delays. They seem like a very good choice for us and I plan on getting them booked.

Performance Plus provided the original roof for a home I purchased in Chicago. I had some minor leaks and called Adam to see if he could help.
He sent one of his people over later that day and the price was quite reasonable. This week we discovered another area that needed some repair and once again Adam quickly arranged for his folks to come by and caulk some flashing and windows on the dormer.
This is a very responsive contractor… the city of Chicago needs more responsive folks like Performance Plus
