The founder of the company has been providing our services for several years, as an independent contractor. Personally witnessing the growing need for career guidance, she made the decision to make the change from independent contractor, to business owner. In May of 2015, both Advanced RecruitPros & Advanced ProDocs found their home in Waukegan, IL. We are proud to be a local company, with a client base that now spans the entire country.
