The groomer, Abby, said she needed to come back with a helper to finish grooming our dog. I paid for the complete job, based on the agreement she’d be back within a reasonable timeframe. I contacted the business a week and a half later for an update, and the office manager said the groomer would call me. No call. I contact them after 3 weeks had passed. The office manager was astounded that the groomer hadn’t yet called me. So, here we are… still no call from Abby, dog still not groomed, groomer has her money. Unbelievably unprofessional. In this day and age of social media, I’m in disbelief that people treat their clients this way. My mistake for paying in full and trusting that I was dealing with a reputable, honest business person. So many other great people out there. Do not waste your time with this one.
